After investigation, Zhou Zheng lost his ideal and belief, deviated from his original mission, lost his political consciousness, failed to fulfill the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and opposed organizational review; Disregard the spirit of the eight central regulations, accept banquets in violation of regulations, organize banquets with public funds in violation of regulations, and purchase and issue consumption cards with public funds; Lack of organizational principles, seeking benefits for others and accepting property in employee recruitment and promotion; Receive gifts and cash gifts in violation of regulations, use public tools for private purposes, promote financial products for relatives to seek benefits, and engage in power sex transactions; Illegal intervention and interference in market economic activities; Without the bottom line of discipline and law, they engage in power and money transactions, take advantage of their positions to make profits for others in terms of business contracting and work arrangements, and illegally accept huge amounts of property; Greedy and unrestrained, defrauding public funds and taking them as their own; Arbitrary acts without authorization, causing heavy losses to national interests.

Zhou Zheng seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline and work discipline, constituted serious duty violations, and was suspected of bribery, corruption, and abuse of power by state-owned company personnel. After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Zhou Zheng was not restrained, refused to stop, and had serious nature and bad influence, so he should be severely punished. In accordance with the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Actions against Public Officials and other relevant provisions, after discussion at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and reported to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for approval, Zhou Zheng was decided to be expelled from the Party; Cancel the treatment they enjoy according to regulations; Confiscate their illegal gains; The suspected crime shall be transferred to the procuratorial organ for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved shall be transferred together.
