Gangcheng District
In Gangcheng District, the inspectors successively came to Xiachen Village, Qiaodian Village and Dagou Village of Xinzhuang Street for on-site observation. Xiachen Village, with a total area of 1377 mu, is the birthplace of "Panlong Bangzi". It will create a new layout of industrial development around the agricultural industry development plan of "Huakai Xinzhuang", and the collective income of the village will reach 600000 yuan in 2023. Qiaodian Village covers an area of 5000 mu. It will deepen the "three changes" reform, develop a variety of agricultural and sideline products processing industries, extend the industrial chain of agricultural products processing, and build an integrated development mode of three industries. By 2023, the collective income of the village will reach 750000 yuan. Dagou Village covers an area of 2300 mu. Cultural tourism industry, hawthorn, fresh fruit, crabapple bonsai and other characteristic industries will be developed according to local conditions. Laiwu District
In Laiwu District, the inspectors came to Wanglao Village, Fujiazhuang Village, Xueye Street, and Zhongke Beidou Digital Agriculture Demonstration Base in Beibaizuo Village for on-site observation. Wanglao Village covers an area of 3400 mu, with an annual output of more than 1 million jin of ginger. It has built more than 20 types of businesses, such as research institutes and home stays. In 2023, the collective income of the village will reach 970000 yuan. Fujiazhuang Village covers an area of 4605 mu. It has completed the characteristic agricultural, cultural and tourism projects such as fruit and vegetable planting, farming experience, leisure and health care, and established a rural tourism cooperative. The collective income of the village will reach 1.05 million yuan in 2023. The Zhongke Beidou Digital Agriculture Demonstration Base in Beibaizuo Village is committed to building a digital agriculture demonstration base integrating space, space, and space, with a total investment of 300 million yuan and an area of 1814 mu. It has established three professional cooperatives, namely, labor, property, and traditional Chinese medicine planting, which has driven the collective income of the village to increase by 3.18 million yuan.
Zhangqiu District

In 2023, the village's collective income will reach 6.13 million yuan. The project of Wangheicun "Hundred Mushrooms Garden" is mainly to build a mushroom breeding center and an intelligent mushroom production greenhouse, which can meet the needs of 6000 mu of edible fungi planting, with an output value of more than 150 million yuan. Muchangjian Village, with a total area of 7200 mu, aims to build an agricultural, cultural and tourism industry. By making use of the ancient village culture, revolutionary culture, red culture and water resources, it will build a rural CBD integrating education, research, leisure and entertainment, and online red card printing. By 2023, the village's collective income will reach 1.07 million yuan.
Licheng District
In Licheng District, the inspectors successively observed the Central Park of Jinan International Trade Center, the reconstruction of the TOD area of Longhu New East Station, the Huanlian 1904 Commercial Street and other projects. Jinan International Trade Center Central Park Project has a total investment of 390 million yuan to build an urban comprehensive park integrating leisure, social networking, sports, cultural display, service support and other functions. At present, the first phase has been put into use in May 2023. The total investment of the reconstruction project of the TOD area of Longhu New East Station is 2.22 billion yuan, mainly including TOD commercial complex, open commercial block, commercial office building, etc., which will be completed and officially opened in December 2023. Huanlian 1904 Commercial Street Project has an investment of 120 million yuan, formerly known as the original Honglou Night Market. Phase I will be opened in June 2023, with an average daily passenger flow of more than 60000 people. Phase II has entered the stage of planning, design and preliminary investment attraction.
