One engine: the upgrade of Optimus 3.0 based on the new IT architecture of the end cloud network intelligence. Three arrows (three customer groups): government and enterprises - customized industrial agent solutions; SMB - the agent that knows most about SMEs - Lenovo Baiying; Consumption - active intelligent service embedded in Xiaotian agent.

Dai Wei introduced in detail:

First, one engine - two strategic key points in Optimus 3.0; On the basis of Lenovo's intelligent hybrid cloud, we built the Optimus agent engine (which is also a platform for multiple agents to run). The bottom two layers of this engine are called GPaaS technology platform. The first layer is the basic technology platform of AI, including AI development tool platform, agent operation development platform and meta universe development platform. On top of it are the enterprise tool base, enterprise hybrid model and enterprise knowledge base platform related to the big model. GPaaS technology platform is the GPaaS business platform, which is often referred to as the research, production, supply, marketing and service link of enterprise operation management. These links have been gradually upgraded to different enterprise common agents at Lenovo. In the first stage, marketing, sales, service and integrated retail agents will be launched.

With these AI enabled GPaaS platforms and general agents, Lenovo will work with a large number of industry ISVs and industry model partners to create agent solutions in different industries, such as government cities, government agencies, and education agencies. The greatest advantage of the agent engine platform is to share common capabilities as much as possible to accelerate the expansion of agents in each industry.

The second strategic key point in Optimus 3.0 is the most full cycle service, especially the more comprehensive and systematic services required by hybrid AI deployment. In addition, the demand for stable, balanced and secure professional services is even more urgent due to the operation of agents in the industry. Lenovo will focus on these needs and launch intelligent transformation full cycle services.

About the different business deployment of three customer groups:

For government and enterprise customers, it will create customized industrial agent solutions. Based on years of polishing horizontal solutions and services, such as support services for intelligent products, digital workplaces, sustainable development and intelligent hybrid cloud solutions, Lenovo will use industry agents to provide solutions for different vertical industries. These solutions will focus on the key segmentation scenarios of each industry.

For small and medium-sized enterprise customers, Lenovo has built a platform called Baiying in the past few years. Through the OMO mode of online and offline integration, and through cooperation with the broadband business of three major operators, as well as the service platforms of Meituan, Douyin and other instant retail e-commerce, Lenovo has grown into a one-stop IT service platform with more than one million enterprise customers a month. On the basis of this platform, AI will be upgraded and Baiying agent will be launched. This agent will connect PC end, mobile end, edge AI center deployed locally by some customers and Baichuang platform co created with customers at the application level. The agent consists of the Baiying hybrid model, task planning, memory, application distribution and scene management to form the core capability base.

Consumer oriented services. The service agent in the enterprise general agent will also be embedded in the Xiaotian agent. This service agent will give full play to the capabilities of the service knowledge base and the service big model that have been precipitated to make the service more intelligent. Of course, intelligence alone is not enough. Lenovo hopes that the device services that AI PC brings to customers are predictive and proactive services. Through the perception of user scenarios and the understanding of user intentions, it will use multimodal human-computer interaction and AI intelligent scheduling to help users reach users when they encounter problems without contacting Lenovo.
