In 2018, Future Humanity cooperated with Nanjing Jinling University of Science and Technology to establish Nanjing E-sports Industry College. As one of the co construction units of the university, it strengthened the deep integration of industry, university and research, aiming to cultivate e-sports related talents, integrate visual design, AI modeling, engineering design and other disciplines into e-sports related content, and strive to create an e-sports talent training system.

In 2020, the construction of women's electronic sports team was launched. After nearly a year's planning, Nanjing Electronic Sports Industry College has completed the Jiangsu Women's Electronic Sports Training Base, which is jointly built by Future Human, Jiangsu Electronic Sports Association and Nanjing Jinling University of Science and Technology, providing a good start for the selection of women's electronic sports team talents.

In order to build a new position of the E-sports Industry College, the Future Human E-sports Hall has been set up in Nanjing. This hall will not only become a training place for women's provincial teams, but also provide the main venue for holding related E-sports events in the future, and also provide hardware support for the development of E-sports ecology.

Years of cooperation have also enabled many students to put their knowledge learned from books into direct use. The rise of the e-sports industry has provided a new track for a number of art undergraduate majors such as visual design, animation scene manufacturing, dance design, etc. At the same time, in the future, Humanity and Jinling University of Science and Technology have also opened a channel to go to Hong Kong Metropolitan University for further study of Master of Visual Arts, to escort the training of more high-quality talents in e-sports.
