On September 28, the third quarter "Ningbo Good People" release and "Our Festival · Double Ninth Festival" themed activity hosted by the Municipal Civilization Office and Radio and Television Group was held in Chongzheng Academy, Zhenhai District, and the list of 38 "Ningbo Good People" was released on site. Wang Quansheng, engineering vehicle maintainer of Ningbo Rail Transit Vehicle Maintenance Center, won the title of "Ningbo Good Man" and took the stage as one of the representatives to receive the award.

At the event site, the Municipal Civilization Office, together with Ningbo Rail Transit, also released the "Ningbo Moral Honor Card". Wang Quansheng, who has more than 20 years of experience in track engineering vehicle maintenance, established a mechanical maintenance studio named after him in 2015. He is truly a "sea calming needle" in his professional field. He was successively named as the city's "chief worker" and "port city craftsman", and was awarded the title of "Zhejiang Golden Blue Collar". Wang Quansheng not only has excellent business, but also has a spirit of "old scalper". As the chief foreman of engineering vehicle maintenance, he has participated in numerous emergency repair tasks. One of his most common words is "I am a party member, I will go first.

Relying on the advantages of the studio, Wang Quansheng selflessly imparted his work experience and business skills to more young apprentices. In normal production, Wang Quansheng demonstrated the operation steps by combining theory with practice, focusing on the essentials of practical operation. New employees are encouraged to base themselves on the job site, give full play to the advantages of teachers' experience, and earnestly pass on experience to new employees. His maintenance method of "watching, smelling, asking and cutting" has been promoted in the whole work team.

Free "maintenance station" in residential buildings

After work, Wang Quansheng is a warm-hearted person. Through the opportunity of promoting "green travel" in the community, Wang Quansheng began to serve as a free "maintenance station" for the elderly in the community. Among the items sent by residents for repair, from electric biscuit clans and microwave ovens to row inserts and children's toys, he carefully inspected and maintained them, and carefully explained the causes of damage and precautions to residents.

Inspired by Wang Quansheng, the staff around him have joined the rail transit volunteer team. Under his leadership, rail transit volunteers often go to villages and communities around the subway to carry out convenience services, and practice the civilized brand of "subway travel, civilized travel" with practical actions.
