The average remaining duration of the Fund's investment portfolio shall not exceed 120 days, and the average remaining duration shall not exceed 240 days. The investment process dynamically adjusts the investment proportion of varieties according to the principle of balancing portfolio liquidity and maximizing investment income.

The long-term average risk and expected return of the Fund are lower than those of equity funds, hybrid funds and bond funds.

| Principle of income distribution |
(1) The income distribution method of the Fund is dividend reinvestment;
(2) "Daily distribution, daily payment". Based on the daily fund income, the Fund calculates and distributes the daily income for investors on the basis of the realized income of every 10000 funds, and makes daily payments. The calculation of the investor's income distribution on the current day shall be reserved to 2 decimal places, and the third decimal place shall be dealt with according to the de tail principle, and the balance formed due to de tail shall be distributed again until the distribution is completed;
(3) The Fund will distribute all the income of the day according to the daily income situation. The daily income payment method is only dividend reinvestment (i.e. dividend to fund shares), and investors can obtain cash income by redeeming fund shares; If the realized income on that day is greater than zero, record the positive income for investors and increase fund shares; If the realized income on that day is less than zero, record the negative income for investors and reduce the fund shares; If the realized income on that day is equal to zero, the investors on that day will not record the income and the fund shares will remain unchanged;
(4) The fund units subscribed on that day shall enjoy the income distribution rights and interests of the fund from the next working day; The fund units redeemed on that day shall not enjoy the income distribution rights and interests of the fund from the next working day.
(5) Each fund unit of the same category of the Fund has the same right of distribution;
(6) If laws and regulations or regulatory authorities have other provisions, such provisions shall prevail. |
