On February 20 local time, the opening ceremony of the "Golden Cobra 2024" multi country joint performance tabletop rehearsal was held in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, Thailand. Subsequently, an academic conference and the first tabletop rehearsal were held, with 18 representatives from Chinese participating teams participating in the rehearsal, which provided Chinese experience and contributed Chinese wisdom to improving the ability to implement international joint humanitarian relief and disaster reduction.
