Xinjiang Altai Mountain is located in the northernmost part of Xinjiang. It is snowed heavily in October every year, and the ice and snow begin to melt in May of the next year, which lasts for eight months. Fanglian at the mouth of Hongshan Mountain is located in the valley in the middle of the mountain range, known as the "isolated island in the snow sea". In the vicinity of the Spring Festival troop shift, a land aviation brigade of the Xinjiang Military Region sent helicopters to transport New Year goods for officers and soldiers at the outpost. It is understood that a total of 7.1 tons of materials were transferred in this task, and 54 persons were transferred and rotated.
