In December, there were many equipment defects in Pakistan Jimpur Wind Farm, which was a great test for the operation and maintenance team of Pakistan Wind Farm. On December 5, # 1SVG tripped less than two minutes after closing the fan breaker of # 1 line; The wind speed was as high as 12m/s, and the oil temperature of # 59 box transformer once reached 73 degrees, which was a major potential safety hazard. At 3:00 p.m., the personnel rushed to the box transformer site, properly unscrewed the radiator position valve of the box transformer to ensure normal exhaust. When the load came up, observe the oil temperature of # 59 box transformer; At 5 p.m., the canteen of the camp was moved to the rice steamer of the booster station and connected to the temporary power supply; At 6:50 p.m., the lighting contactor in the station area was short circuited and burned out, and the insulation was broken down. This night, Jiang Hai, the leader of the Project Department, returned home from vacation. Jiang Hai returned to his dormitory after dinner to pack up his clothes. He found that the road lighting outside the station area was missing for no reason, and immediately rushed to the accident site. The whole process took 20 minutes from confirming the fault, taking spare parts, installing the contactor to solving the problem. At 7:40, after sending Jianghai away, the staff of the project department went to solve the problem of the continuous instability of the diesel generator voltage in the camp living area.
On December 6, we received a reply from the SVG manufacturer that 1 # SVG tripped due to the large fluctuation of grid voltage at several times, and the equipment protection acted to trip. Confirm that there is no problem with the equipment, the wind speed is good, and the equipment will be put into dynamic operation again after reset# There is no high temperature alarm when the oil temperature of box 58 transformer is normal; At 9:00 a.m., our project department personnel cooperated with Goldwind fan personnel to overhaul # 45 fan.
At 9:00 a.m. on December 9, the central control room received the RCC network dispatching command to stop the tapal circuit and separate the grounding switch; At noon, the fan reported fault and 1 # SVG tripped again; At 9:00 a.m. on December 10, it was put into dynamic operation again; At the request of the owner, the staff of our project department supervised the staff of Pakistan to replace 16 energy-saving LED lights on the wall of the camp living area; At 9:00 p.m., tapal was powered on, and the grounding switch was separated
The network dispatching order was issued: from December 15 to 17, the power outage lasted for 12 hours in the daytime for three days, and our project department planned to comprehensively inspect the potential safety hazards of the booster station equipment. The purchase of cleaning tools, personnel arrangement, preparation of safety protection articles and relevant work ticket operation tickets have been in the process of the trip.
From October 25, 2017 to November 24, 2017, the power generation of the wind farm in November was 10173.204MWh, and the availability rate was 99.80% (the owner's contract requirement was ≥ 95%). The failure rate of wind turbine is still the decisive factor of power generation, and our project department is fully cooperating and making operation and maintenance plans according to relevant information.
