  1. Are there any restrictions for trial users of corporate mailbox? How many letters can I send at most every day?

    Trial users cannot use the mailing list function. The total number of messages sent by the client software domain per day is limited to 150. There is no limit on sending messages after purchase.
    Trial users send messages through webmail. When the total number of messages sent by the domain exceeds 150, a verification code will pop up each time they send an email. Enter the verification code before sending an email.

  2. How to renew, expand and convert the product type of the mailbox?

    Email renewal: That is, extend the expiration time of the mailbox while keeping the existing product types and specifications unchanged;
    End date after renewal=(number of space or users purchased now * number of days remaining+number of new space or users purchased * number of new purchase days)/number of space or users after renewal+renewal date.
    Mailbox expansion: That is, maintain the existing product types and expand the space or number of users to purchase;
    Convert Product Type: That is, change the product type (for example, standard e-mail is changed to commercial e-mail); Product type conversion shall be conducted 2 weeks before the expiration of the mailbox.
    Expiration time after product type replacement=product replacement date+(original expiration date - product replacement date) * (original product quantity * original product unit price)/(new product quantity * new product unit price)

  3. I bought classic mail before. Can I change to another product type?

    You can apply for changing the product type within 2 weeks before the expiration of the mailbox. The customer is required to send an application for replacing the product type to Sina Customer Service 010-58874952 by fax, indicating the domain name, the product type to be replaced, the number of users/spaces, and affixing the official seal.

  4. Doesn't classic M-mail provide dynamic allocation function? What exactly does it mean?

    The allocatable space of classic M-mail is three times of the purchase space. As long as the overall used space of the enterprise does not exceed the purchase space of the enterprise, users in the domain can dynamically share the purchase space.

  5. The space is purchased in large quantity and used in small quantity. Can it be reduced?

    The enterprise mailbox provides volume reduction operations, but only within two weeks before the expiration. Please submit the shrinking application to the agent.

  6. Will there be a reminder when the mailbox is about to expire?

    We will remind you of the expiration by email and webpage:
    a、 Send a reminder letter to the administrator's mailbox of the enterprise three weeks, two weeks and one week before the expiration of the enterprise.
    b、 One month before the expiration of the enterprise, the administrator will pop up a window every time he logs in to the management system to remind the user that the enterprise is about to expire.

  7. Can I use the domain name that I originally registered when I renew the use of the email after it expires?

    Users cannot send and receive mail through the enterprise mailbox after the expiration of the enterprise mailbox. You can contact the agent for renewal within 1 month after the expiration of the enterprise mail! (Note: If the enterprise fails to pay within one month after the expiration, the system can delete the enterprise and release the resources it occupies. If the domain name has not been registered and used by other users, it can still be re registered.)
