1、 Object Scope
Social personnel who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and whose household registration or residence (must have a local residence permit and be within the validity period) is in Baoji, fresh graduates, college students and graduate students in full-time colleges and universities in Baoji, as well as active servicemen and armed police serving in Baoji, can apply for recognition of kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools Secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools are qualified as practice instructors.
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in Baoji can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in Baoji with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident certificates; Those who hold the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents and the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents with a five-year validity period to apply for the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in Baoji can apply for the recognition of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification in Baoji.
According to the relevant regulations, applicants can only recognize one kind of teacher qualification in the same year.
2、 Recognition conditions
（1） Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good ideological morality and professional ethics, and can fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law.
（2） To apply for accreditation as a kindergarten or primary school teacher, one should have a college degree or above; To apply for recognition of the qualifications of teachers in junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, one must have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for recognition of the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have a college degree or above, and should have a professional and technical position equivalent to that of an assistant engineer or above, or a technical grade of an intermediate worker or above.
According to the relevant provisions of the national and Shaanxi provincial primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations, students above grade three in ordinary colleges and universities can take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations. Before passing the examinations but not obtaining the graduation certificate, they do not have the qualifications to apply for recognition of teacher qualifications. Full time fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities can apply for recognition of corresponding teacher qualifications in the last semester before graduation. The recognition agency will give recognition conclusions and issue teacher qualification certificates after the applicant has obtained the graduation certificate.
（3） Passed the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, and obtained the Certificate of Qualification for Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination, which is within the validity period or holds the Certificate of Professional Competence for Teachers of Normal Students, which is within the validity period. According to the Opinions of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the Ministry of Retired Soldiers Affairs on Promoting Outstanding Retired Soldiers to Teach in Primary and Secondary Schools (the Ministry of Retired Soldiers [2022] No. 46), if a retired soldier has obtained a certificate of qualification for primary and secondary school teachers within one year before serving, he or she shall, by virtue of the notice of enlistment, retirement certificate and other relevant materials, The validity period of the qualification certificate of teacher qualification examination can be extended for 2 years.
（4） The level of Putonghua shall meet the Level II Grade B and above standards of the Standard for the Level of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the National Language and Character Working Committee, among which those who apply for the qualifications of teachers of Chinese, kindergarten and teaching Chinese as a foreign language shall meet the Level II Grade A and above standards.
（5） It can meet the needs of education and teaching, and has good physical and psychological quality. The standard of physical examination shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission on Doing Well in the Physical Examination for the Accreditation of Teachers in Shaanxi Province (SJ [2019] No. 61), and the physical examination conclusion is qualified.
3、 Application process

Qualified applicants log on to the China Teachers' Qualification Website (www.jszg. edu. cn) within the online reporting time, click the "online processing" service portal under the "online service" column, complete the registration and real name verification, select the accreditation institution as "Baoji Education Bureau", and select the "Baoji Teachers' Qualification Accreditation Office" as the on-site audit confirmation point Complete the declaration. In the column of "Please select the examination form", applicants who have obtained the Certificate of Qualification for Primary and Secondary School Teachers should choose "National Unified Examination"; Applicants who have obtained the Certificate of Professional Competence for Teachers of Normal University Students should choose "reform personnel recognized without examination". After the submission is successful, the system will generate an enrollment number. The applicant must record the name, ID card number, password and registration number filled in as an important query condition for modifying the registration information and on-site confirmation. （2） On site confirmation

（3） Physical examination
