1、 Physical examination arrangement
（1） Gathering time: before 07:00 on March 24, 2024.
（2） Gathering place: Floor 1, Brain Disease Building, Tianjin Beichen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, No. 436, Beijing Tianjin Highway, Beichen District, Tianjin.
（3） Charging standard: 400 yuan per examinee for physical examination (cash, WeChat, Alipay and other electronic payments are supported), and the physical examination fee is borne by the examinee.
2、 Notes to candidates
（1） Materials required for physical examination: 1 copy of Medical Examination Commitment, original of my ID card, black signature pen or pen.
（2） Please read Annex 1 Notes for Physical Examination carefully.
（3） Candidates must cooperate with the doctor to carefully check all items under the guidance of the facilitator, and do not miss or make mistakes.
（4） Candidates are strictly prohibited from falsifying or impersonating their names. They are not allowed to damage or modify the physical examination report without permission or re conduct the physical examination without permission. If there is any concealment of medical history, illness or other circumstances affecting the results of the physical examination, all consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
（5） If the examinee prepares breakfast and drinking water by himself, he/she can eat and drink water only after blood collection, urine collection and B-ultrasound examination are completed.
（6） After the physical examination, candidates must follow the arrangement of the on-site staff, take their belongings with them, and follow the arrangement of the guide to leave the site in a unified manner. It is strictly prohibited to whisper and make loud noises on the site, which will affect the physical examination order.
（7） If the examinee fails to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place, it shall be deemed as giving up automatically and the employment qualification shall be cancelled.
