According to the Measures for the National Unified Examination of Certified Public Accountants, the matters related to the registration of professional and comprehensive examinations for the 2024 National Unified Examination of Certified Public Accountants in Tianjin are as follows:
1、 Registration conditions
（1） Chinese citizens who simultaneously meet the following conditions may apply to take part in the professional phase of the unified national examination for certified public accountants:
1. Have full civil capacity;
2. Graduated from a college or above, or an accountant or
Technical title above intermediate level in relevant majors.
（2） Chinese citizens who simultaneously meet the following conditions may apply to take the comprehensive stage examination of the unified national examination for certified public accountants:
1. Have full civil capacity;
2. We have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the national unified examination for certified public accountants.
（3） Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not register for the unified national examination for certified public accountants:
1. The certificate of certified public accountant has been revoked, and the period from the date of punishment decision to the date of application for registration is less than 5 years;
2. Those who have been banned from taking the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants due to violation of regulations and the time limit for punishment has not expired;
3. Those who have registered for the European Examination Area of the National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants from August 31 to September 1, 2024;
4. Those who have passed the general practice, or have been legally recognized or assessed as certified public accountants.
2、 Registration procedure
Applicants for the national unified examination for certified public accountants shall pass the online registration system for the national unified examination for certified public accountants（ https://cpaexam.cicpa.org.cn , referred to as the online reporting system), or through the official WeChat official account of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (referred to as the CICPA). Registration includes registration and filling in registration information, qualification review and payment.
（1） Register and fill in the registration information.
1. Applicants should click to enter the online newspaper system from 8:00 a.m. on April 8 to 8:00 p.m. on April 30, 2024, and truthfully fill in relevant information according to the registration guidelines. During this period, candidates can adjust their subjects and places of application in combination with their own actual conditions. The first time applicants need to register and upload qualified photos of their 1-inch bareheaded white background certificates in the last year. If the relevant information of non first time applicants changes, it shall be updated in a timely manner.
2. Applicants who cannot upload photos can take their original ID cards to Room 109, Accounting House, No. 67, Guangdong Road, Hexi District, Tianjin for consultation from April 22 to April 30 (9:00-11:30, 14:00-16:30, 9:00-11:30, 14:00-17:00 on working days).
3. Those who meet the registration conditions for the comprehensive stage examination but cannot register can consult the Tianjin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as the "Tianjin Institute of Certified Public Accountants").
（2） Qualification review.
1. In principle, the domestic academic information filled in by the first time applicants will be authenticated by the online reporting system according to the ID card information link "China Higher Education Student Information Network"; The certificate number issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education filled in by applicants with foreign (overseas) academic qualifications (including holders of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident certificates) shall be submitted to the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education for certification by the China Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Municipal Association of Certified Public Accountants.
The educational background information of domestic (domestic) fresh graduates will be submitted to the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" for certification by the China Insurance Association on August 2, 2024. （3） Payment.
1. Applicants should log in to the online newspaper system from June 13 to June 28, 2024 (8:00-20:00 every day)（ https://cpaexam.cicpa.org.cn ）Complete payment. During the payment period, in order to facilitate the examinee to pay the fee prudently according to his/her personal preparation, the examinee is allowed to make adjustments to the submitted subjects on the premise that the examination area remains unchanged. After the applicant completes the payment, the subject, test area and other relevant registration information cannot be changed, and the registration fee is not refundable.
2. Registration fee for professional examination: 60 yuan/subject; Registration fee for comprehensive examination: 60 yuan/subject for comprehensive professional ability test (test paper I), 60 yuan/subject for comprehensive professional ability test (test paper II).
3. Applicants (excluding new graduates) can query individual registration status in the online newspaper system after completing the payment procedures; Applicants of new graduates can log in the online reporting system to query their personal review status after August 5, 2024. If they fail to pass the qualification review, the relevant consequences will be borne by the individual.
4. If the applicants who have completed the payment procedures need the application fee invoice, please take the payment confirmation form to Room 109, Accounting House, No. 67, Guangdong Road, Hexi District, Tianjin, from July 1 to July 5, 2024 (9:00-11:30, 14:00-16:30 on working days).
3、 Examination subjects and scope
Professional examination subjects: accounting, auditing, financial cost management, corporate strategy and risk management, economic law, tax law.
Applicants for the professional stage examination can apply for 6 subjects at the same time, or select some subjects to apply for.
Comprehensive examination subjects: comprehensive professional ability test (test paper 1 and test paper 2).
The examination scope is determined by the National Unified Examination Program for Certified Public Accountants - Professional Stage Examination (2024) and the National Unified Examination Program for Certified Public Accountants - Comprehensive Stage Examination (2024). According to the examination syllabus, the CICPA has organized and compiled teaching materials for examination guidance of six subjects in the professional stage, a compilation of examination questions in the professional stage and the comprehensive stage, and a compilation of economic laws and regulations for examinees to review for reference; The above textbooks and materials are not the designated books for the national unified examination of certified public accountants.
4、 Examination method
The examination adopts closed book and computerized examination. That is, obtain the test questions, answer them and submit the answer results at the computer terminal.
Unless there are special requirements for the test questions, the examination shall be conducted in Chinese. The examination system provides eight Chinese input methods: Microsoft Pinyin Input Method (Quanpin), Google Pinyin Input Method (Quanpin), Sogou Pinyin Input Method (Quanpin), Top Five Pen Input Method, Sogou Five Pen Input Method, Microsoft New Cangjie Input Method, Fast Input Method and New Pinyin Input Method. Among them, Microsoft's new Cangjie input method, crash input method and new Pinyin input method are traditional Chinese input methods, which are only available to candidates outside Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and holders of resident permits in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. During the examination, the examinee can only choose to use the input method provided by the examination system and its specific functions.

（2） Place of examination.
The examination places of professional stage and comprehensive stage are arranged in Tianjin, and the specific arrangement is subject to the examination permit.
（3） Two examinations on accounting, tax law and economic law will be arranged in some examination areas.
Considering the large number of examinees taking the three subjects of accounting, tax law and economic law, and the relative shortage of test sites and seats, in order to optimize the resources of test sites and seats, it is proposed to arrange two examinations for the three subjects of accounting, tax law and economic law in some test areas. The specific arrangement is subject to the admission card.
The Office of the Certified Public Accountants Examination Committee of the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as the Examination Office of the Ministry of Finance) will make overall arrangements for examinees to take the relevant examinations according to their registration and flight preparation. Each examinee is only allowed to take one examination in the same subject. All examinees must take the examination according to the number and time specified on the examination permit.
6、 Download and print the admission card
Candidates should log into the online newspaper system to download, save and print their admission cards from August 5 to 20, 2024 (8:00-20:00 every day).
Applicants who fail to pass the application qualification review or fail to pay the fees will not be able to download and print the examination permit and take the exam.
7、 Examination paper review and score recognition
（1） The examinees' answers will be collectively reviewed by the China Association of Certified Public Accountants. The examination results will be released after being confirmed by the Certified Public Accountants Examination Committee of the Ministry of Finance. It is expected that in the last ten days of November 2024, you can log in to the online reporting system to query the results and download and print the transcripts. The specific time is subject to the notice published on the official website of the China Association of Certified Public Accountants.
（2） The hundred mark system is implemented for each subject, and 60 marks are the qualified score line.
（3） The passing score of single subject examination in professional stage examination is valid for 5 years. For candidates who have passed all subjects of the professional phase examination in five consecutive annual examinations, an electronic certificate of the professional phase examination certificate of the national unified examination for certified public accountants will be issued, and the candidates will log on to the online reporting system to download and print it.
（4） For candidates who have passed the comprehensive examination, they will be issued a certificate of general qualification for the national unified examination of certified public accountants. The general qualification certificate shall be applied for by the examinee after 45 working days from the date when the score is released by contacting the local annotation association where the comprehensive stage examination is registered. The specific matters for obtaining the certificate shall be subject to the notice of each provincial annotation association. 8、 Exemption from professional examination
It shall be implemented in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Certified Public Accountants and the Measures for the Administration of Exemption from the National Unified Examination of Certified Public Accountants.
9、 Other precautions
（1） Applicants should carefully read the Measures for the National Unified Examination of Certified Public Accountants and the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Unified Examination of Certified Public Accountants and other relevant documents (available on the online reporting system). Once the registration is completed, it is deemed that they fully agree and promise to comply with them.
（2） When downloading and printing the examination permit, candidates should carefully read the Regulations on Examination Venues for Candidates for the National Unified Examination of Certified Public Accountants and relevant examination information, and participate in the examination according to the requirements and the examination venue and time specified in the examination permit.
（3） When entering the examination room, examinees can carry blue or black pens, signature pens, pencils, rulers and calculators without text storage, display, recording and playing functions. They are not allowed to carry mobile phones and other communication equipment and electronic equipment, books, paper, drinks and other items unrelated to the examination into the seat of the examination room. During the examination, candidates shall obey the management and arrangement of the examination room staff.
（4） Candidates who need to review the examination results can apply for review through the online reporting system within 10 working days from the fifth working day after the results are released. The China Association for Certified Public Accountants will organize the review work in accordance with the Measures for Review of National Unified Examination Results of Certified Public Accountants.
