Introduction to Luohe

Luohe City is located in the Huanghuaihai Plain, the hinterland of the Central Plains, with Shahe River and Lihe River running across the whole territory. It is the only inland special zone approved by Henan Province, the key contact city of the national comprehensive system reform and the national pilot city of economic reform. The city has jurisdiction over Linying, Wuyang, Yancheng and Yuanhui District. The total area is 2624 square kilometers and the total population is 2.5 million. Luohe has been an important commercial port since ancient times. With the development of industry, it has formed an industrial system with light industrial products as the main products, including food, paper making, leather and shoes making, textile, cigarette, electronics, instrumentation and other categories. Luohe City is an important transportation hub in central and southern Henan. The Beijing Guangzhou Railway runs through the north and south. The Luobao Railway connects Jiaozhi Railway to the west, and the Luofu Railway connects Beijing Shanghai Railway to the east. The total length of the three railways in Luohe is 249.99 kilometers
