Recently, the first batch of 115 chain pharmacies, 76 community clinics and 4 private hospitals in Longkou that carried out the activity of national centralized drug purchase at the grass-roots level began to implement the price of centralized drug purchase, and the average price of drugs will be reduced by more than 50%.

In order to further consolidate the effectiveness of the reform of centralized drug purchase, improve the accessibility of centralized drug purchase and the convenience of the masses to purchase drugs, our city has accelerated the promotion of the activities of centralized drug purchase into the grass-roots level. According to the Implementation Plan of Shandong Province for Carrying out the Activities of Centralized Drug Purchase into the Grassroots Level issued by the provincial medical insurance bureau, 100 drugs were selected from 211 drugs in 469 product specifications selected in a unified way to ensure market supply. Among them, pharmacies and private hospitals independently select no less than 50 drugs, and community clinics independently select no less than 30 drugs to provide to the insured. The 195 units in the first batch of pilot projects are all under the management of "five unifications", that is, unified sales counters (areas) are set up to standardize the management of centralized drug purchase; Double labels are used to publicize drug prices (the selected price and sales price of centrally purchased drugs) to ensure the transparency of price information; Unify and give priority to the allocation of drugs for chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes to meet the daily needs of the masses; Make unified sales price commitments, and effectively reduce the burden on the public to purchase drugs; Uniformly publish the consultation and complaint telephone numbers of medical insurance departments and accept social supervision.

Longkou Xinrong Branch of Yantai Kanghua Pharmacy Co., Ltd. is one of the first designated medical insurance pharmacies in our city to implement the centralized purchase price. For example, the price of repaglinide tablets in drugstores was 31.16 yuan per box in the past, but now they are sold at the price of centralized purchase. The price of each box is 6.71 yuan, which has greatly reduced the price. "Now, you can buy cheap and reassuring medicine collection without going to the hospital." The citizen who came to buy medicine said happily that in the past, he used to spend nearly 400 yuan a month on taking Kaoxi tablets, but now he only needs 150 yuan, so he can buy whenever he wants.

In order to further expand the benefits of the reform of drug centralized purchase, the municipal medical insurance bureau and the selected enterprises have established a distribution liaison mechanism to unify and standardize the management of participating units. On the one hand, by organizing production enterprises and distribution enterprises to ensure the supply of drugs, timely respond to the purchase plan of medical institutions, give priority to the supply of drugs for chronic and common diseases, and meet the needs of the insured. On the other hand, it will further strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of procurement and supply, agreement performance, over rate and price increase sales, take restrictive measures or suspend the qualification of activities for unstable supply, non-standard sales and other violations, make every effort to promote the deepening and implementation of this activity, and constantly enhance the people's sense of happiness and gain.
