3、 Recruitment scope
Those who meet the requirements of relevant post conditions and other requirements of this bulletin can apply. The applicants are over 18 years old and under 40 years old. The deadline for age calculation is December 31, 2024.
4、 Candidate conditions
（1） Candidates should meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws;
2. Have good conduct;

5、 Registration procedures and preliminary qualification
（1） Registration time
Recruitment throughout the year. Before the number of recruitment positions is full, qualified candidates can apply. The deadline for application is December 31, 2024.
（2） Registration method and materials
Online registration is adopted, and on-site, SMS or phone call registration is not accepted. Materials required for registration: Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Doctors in 2024 of Yunnan Forestry Investigation and Planning Institute (Annex 2), color scanned copies of ID card, graduation certificate and degree card. Among them, 2024 new graduates who have not yet obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates must provide the Employment Recommendation Form for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Foreign graduates must also provide the Ministry of Education's Certificate of Foreign Diplomas and Degrees, which is certified by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and indicates the specialty or professional field or professional direction. （3） Preliminary qualification
The Yunnan Forestry Investigation and Planning Institute is responsible for the preliminary review of the application qualification, which is conducted manually. During the working day, the recruitment unit shall complete the review within 24 hours in principle, and notify the applicants of the preliminary review results by e-mail.
（4） Relevant requirements
1. The ID card used for registration and interview must be consistent.

6、 Qualification review
Those who have passed the preliminary examination of application qualification can enter the qualification review procedure. Applicants shall carry the original and copy of the application materials for qualification review before the interview. Only those who pass the review can participate in the interview. The time and place of qualification review shall be notified by Yunnan Forestry Investigation and Planning Institute by telephone, and applicants shall keep their telephone numbers unchanged and unblocked.
7、 Interview
（1） Time and place of interview
There is no written examination for this recruitment position, and the interview evaluation is carried out directly. The time and place of the interview will be notified by phone. The applicant is requested to keep the phone number unchanged and the phone is unblocked.
（2） Interview requirements
Candidates who pass the qualification review will be interviewed. The Yunnan Forestry Investigation and Planning Institute will organize the interview and evaluation in a unified way, mainly in the form of examination and defense, to investigate the professional skills of candidates and their professional qualities and working abilities to meet the requirements of the post. The full score of the interview score is 100, and the score is rounded to two decimal places. The minimum qualified score of the interview is 70, and those below the minimum qualified score are not allowed to enter the next link.
8、 Inspection
According to the interview results, the candidates to participate in the investigation shall be determined in the order of high to low according to the number of planned recruiters. If the investigation link is abandoned or the investigation is unqualified, it shall be supplemented according to the interview scores from high to low.
9、 Physical examination
Qualified candidates will participate in physical examination. The Yunnan Forestry Investigation and Planning Institute will organize the candidates to go to the designated hospital for physical examination, and the medical examination fees will be borne by the candidates themselves. If the applicants are pregnant and lying in women, they can apply for postponement of physical examination upon confirmation by the hospital. After delivery or termination of pregnancy, the physical examination shall be carried out within one month after the end of maternity leave according to relevant national policies. The items and standards of physical examination shall be in accordance with the General Standards for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial) and the operation manual. If the applicant has any doubt about the conclusion of the physical examination, he/she shall apply for reexamination within 7 days after receiving the notification of the conclusion of the physical examination. The competent department of the employer shall organize a reexamination. The result of the physical examination shall be subject to the reexamination conclusion. Applicants who do not attend the physical examination at the specified time are deemed to have given up and will not be employed.
Those who give up the physical examination or fail the physical examination will not be compensated.
10、 Publicity and employment
According to the results of the investigation and physical examination, the personnel to be hired are determined. Those who report problems affecting employment during the publicity period and verify them will not be employed; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected for the time being, the employment will be postponed until it is found out.
11、 Post treatment
The public recruitment personnel are included in the establishment management of public institutions, and the relevant policies and regulations of the state and Yunnan Province on the wages of in-service staff in public institutions are implemented.
12、 Recruitment discipline
