Dedication - Zhang Qinglin

Zhang Qinglin, male, born in August 1954, a member of the Communist Party of China, is currently a member of the village committee of Navy Village Zhang in Songlin Town and a liaison officer for rural revitalization.

Zhang Qinglin is an old party member with a party age of 20 years and nearly 70 years old. He is responsible for helping 12 poor families in the village. Zhang Qinglin understood the basic information, production and living conditions of the poor households, and timely conveyed and interpreted the policies and regulations to ensure that all measures were implemented in households without missing one person. Almost every day, he visited the home of the destitute family. A small diary with him was filled with his visit diary. Whose wheat has been confiscated, whose corn has not been planted, whose house needs to be repaired due to rain leakage, whose stove needs to be installed with a chimney... Every time he visits a household, he keeps records so as to grasp the situation in real time and help the masses solve problems. Zhang Xianzhi, a poor family member in the village, is visually handicapped. Zhang Qinglin timely helps him apply for a disability certificate and implement various poverty alleviation policies to solve his practical difficulties. Zhang Xianzhi seldom communicates with others at ordinary times, but he is only enthusiastic about Zhang Qinglin and often talks with him from his heart. Zhang Guangting, a destitute family, and his brother Zhang Guangtai lived together. They learned that his house was in disrepair and often leaked rain. Zhang Qinglin contacted them in many ways, so that their house was repaired. During the epidemic, Zhang Qinglin responded positively, implemented various control measures at the village level in strict accordance with the requirements, and while doing a good job of 24-hour duty at the village checkpoint, he also disinfected inside and outside the poor households' hospital, explained epidemic prevention knowledge, distributed masks, alcohol and other epidemic prevention materials, which effectively guaranteed the health and life safety of the people.
