1、 Acceptance of registration terms

2、 Member registration conditions

threeIf a member provides any wrong, untrue or incomplete information, or 597 Direct Hire has reason to suspect that the information is wrong, untrue or incomplete and violates the member registration terms, or 597 Direct Hire has reason to suspect that its member information, words and deeds are contrary to the theme of "serious and pure recruitment APP", 597 Direct Hire has the right to modify the member's registered nickname, personal description, published information, etc,Or suspend or terminate the account of the member, or suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services provided by 597 direct employment.
fourIf a member deliberately provides false identity information, company information for registration, and publishes false recruitment information or job search information, it will be deemed as a serious violation of this user agreement, and 597 Direct Employment has the right to suspend or terminate the member's account and stop providing services.If the false registration and release of false information cause economic and reputation losses to 597 Direct Employment, 597 Direct Employment will investigate the legal liability of the member.
3、 Member account, password and security
oneAfter completing the member registration process, members will receive a password and account number.Members are obliged to ensure the security of their passwords and accounts.Members shall be fully responsible for all activities carried out by using the password and account, including any information, data, text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, video, information or other data uploaded, posted, sent by email or any other means via 597 direct employment, whether transmitted in public or private, the content provider shall be responsible.
twoWhen a member's password or account is used without authorization, or any other security problem occurs, the member should immediately notify 597 Direct Employment.If a member's account and password are leaked due to improper use or other reasons other than 597 Direct Employment, which leads to the disclosure of its data and information, the member shall bear the adverse consequences, and 597 Direct Employment shall not bear the responsibility.
threeMembers shall not actively inform a third party of the account number or provide it to a third party for use in any other way, such as providing it to a third party to purchase 597 direct employment services for others.If the privacy of members is leaked or the 597 direct employment platform is lost due to this, members should bear corresponding responsibilities.
4、 Service description
one597 Direct employment provides network services for members through the Internet, including online and offline related businesses.In order to use network services, members shall equip themselves with the equipment necessary for accessing the Internet, including computers, data machines or other access devices, and pay the fees required for accessing the Internet.
two597 Direct employment may charge a certain fee for some network services when providing network services. In this case, a clear prompt will be given on the relevant page.If members refuse to pay such fees, they cannot use the relevant network services.The service terms of the paid business will be separately stipulated on the basis of the registration terms to regulate the content of the paid business and the rights and obligations of both parties. Members should carefully read it. If a member purchases the paid business, it will be regarded as accepting the service terms of the paid business.
threeBoth the paid service and the free service directly employed by 597 have a valid period. After the expiration of the valid period, the service will automatically terminate, and the valid period cannot be interrupted or extended.Unless otherwise specified in the registration terms or other relevant service terms, all paid businesses are non refundable.
fourIf 597 Direct Employment is used for illegal activities, or its words and deeds (whether online or offline) deviate from the serious recruitment purpose of 597 Direct Employment, 597 Direct Employment will seriously deal with it, including blacklisting it, making public its complaints, deleting member accounts and other punishment measures. If 597 Direct Employment causes economic or reputation losses to 597 Direct Employment, 597 Direct Employment will investigate its legal responsibility.
five597 Direct employment has the right to send advertising letters to its members, or send email, SMS or telephone notifications to its members for activities and other purposes.
sixIn order to improve the success rate and efficiency of 597 direct recruitment, 597 direct recruitment has the right to display the recruitment/application information of 597 direct recruitment members on 597 direct recruitment cooperation websites or other similar behaviors.
sevenThe props and other services directly employed by 597 are only sold or given the right to use on the product platform or directly employed by 597. Members are not allowed to purchase virtual products or services directly employed by 597 on any other platform or channel.597 direct employment is not responsible for economic losses caused by members' use of unofficial 597 virtual coins, props and other virtual products or services;If losses are caused to 597 direct employment through other platforms or other means, the member shall bear the liability for breach of contract and compensate for the losses.
5、 Disclaimer
one597 Direct employment does not guarantee that the services it provides will meet the requirements and expectations of its members, nor does it guarantee that the services will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the services.
twoFor the content transmitted by members through the services provided by 597 Direct Employment, 597 Direct Employment Association will make reasonable efforts to strictly review in accordance with the relevant national regulations, but cannot fully control the content transmitted through software/website services, and does not guarantee the correctness, integrity or quality of the content.Therefore, when using the 597 direct employment service, members may be exposed to unpleasant, inappropriate or offensive content.In any case, 597 Direct Employment is not responsible for any content posted, sent by email or other means by members via software/website services.However, 597 Direct Hire has the right to stop transmitting any of the above contents and take corresponding actions according to law, including but not limited to suspending all or part of members' use of software/website services, keeping relevant records, reporting to relevant authorities and cooperating with relevant authorities when necessary according to national laws, regulations and relevant policies.
threeFor all kinds of advertising information, links and information provided by 597 Direct Hiring, 597 Direct Hiring does not guarantee the correctness, legality or reliability of its content, and the relevant responsibilities are borne by the advertisers;In addition, the contact or business contact between members and advertisers through 597 direct employment service is entirely between members and advertisers, and has nothing to do with 597 direct employment.For any damage or loss caused by the aforesaid business transactions, 597 Direct Hire will not bear any responsibility.
fourFor photos, materials, certificates, etc. uploaded by users, 597 Direct Hire has taken relevant measures and made reasonable efforts to review them, but does not guarantee the correctness, legality or reliability of their contents. The members who upload the above contents are responsible for the relevant responsibilities.
fiveMembers engage in recruitment/employment related behaviors with their own independent judgment, and independently bear the possible adverse consequences and responsibilities. 597 Direct Employment does not bear any legal responsibility.
sixWhether to use software/website services to download or obtain any information shall be considered by the member at his own risk. 597 Direct Employment will not bear any responsibility for any damage or data loss of the member's computer system caused by the download of any information.
sevenFor any member activities planned, initiated, organized or undertaken by this software/website (including but not limited to charging fees and activities that are entirely public welfare), 597 Direct Employment does not make any guarantee or commitment to members for the effect of the above activities, nor does it guarantee the legality and rationality of members' own behaviors during the activities.This software/website does not assume any responsibility for any personal or reputational damage or other damages caused to members or others.
eightAs for the complaints of members, 597 Direct Employment will make reasonable efforts to carefully verify, but does not guarantee the authenticity and legality of the complaints that will eventually be made public. If the complaint content infringes the members' legitimate rights such as privacy and reputation, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the complainant, which has nothing to do with 597 Direct Employment.
nineAlthough 597 Direct Hiring has taken corresponding technical support measures, members may still receive all kinds of advertising letters (except those sent by 597 Direct Hiring) or other emails not for recruitment/application purposes, and 597 Direct Hiring will not be responsible.
6、 Member Rights Members have the following rights to their personal data:
oneQuery and request reading at any time, except for those unable to query and provide reading due to very few special circumstances (such as being blacklisted by the website);
twoRequest for supplementation or correction at any time, except for those unable to be supplemented or corrected due to a very few special circumstances (such as website or relevant authorities preserving evidence for judicial proceedings);
threeRequest to close the account at any time.
7、 Members shall comply with the following laws and regulations:
one597 Direct Employment reminds members to abide by the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, the Telecommunication Regulations of the People's Republic of ChinaRegulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, Interim Provisions of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Computer Information Networks and International Networking, and its implementation measures, Regulations on the Administration of Confidentiality of Computer Information Systems and International Networking, Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, Administrative Measures for the Security Protection of Computer Information Networks and International NetworkingProvisions on the Administration of Internet Electronic Announcement Service, Network Security Law and other relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
twoIn any case, if 597 Direct Hire has reason to believe that any behavior of a member in the process of using 597 Direct Hire Service, including but not limited to any speech and other behavior of a member violates or may violate any of the above laws and regulations, 597 Direct Hire may terminate the provision of services to the member at any time without any prior notice.
8、 Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
oneThe following information is produced, copied, published and disseminated on the 597 Direct Employment website or by using the 597 Direct Employment service when publishing information or using the 597 Direct Employment service: opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;Damage to national honor and interests;Inciting national hatred, national discrimination and undermining national unity;Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition;Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;Insult or slander others and infringe upon their legal rights;It contains false, harmful, coercive, infringing on others' privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgarity, indecency, or other immoral and offensive content;Including other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally effective norms.
twoHarming the interests of minors in any way in the process of using the 597 direct employment service.

fiveUploading, posting, sending e-mail or transmitting viruses or other computer codes, files and programs in other ways.
sixTracking or harassing other members in other ways.
sevenIntercept, distort, collect, store or delete personal information, e-mail or other data of others without legal authorization, or use such information for any illegal or improper purpose.
eightInterfering with 597 direct employment service in any way.
9、 Special provisions
oneIf a member violates Article 8 of this User Agreement and publishes inappropriate content, 597 Direct Employment has the right to terminate providing services to the member at any time without any prior notice.
twoIf a member has the following behaviors or has the following circumstances, 597 Direct Employment has the right to freeze the member's account or suspend the provision of services to the member by other means after finding or receiving complaints, and require the member to bear corresponding liability for damages:
(1)Released content related to advertising, pyramid selling, direct selling, etc
(4)Released false information, including untrue company information, salary, 597 identity, resume, position information, etc
(5)Use the services provided by 597 direct employment to ask for others' privacy
(6)Publish content involving personal attacks or other infringements on the rights and interests of others
(7)Publish the work information of underage recruitment
(8)Recruit others to engage in illegal activities
(9)Defrauding job seekers of property in the name of training fees, clothing fees, etc
(10)Harassing other users
(11)Publish information that does not meet the nature of 597 direct employment related services, such as chicken soup, jokes, water stickers, etc
(12)Take advantage of potential vulnerabilities in the platform to maliciously recharge 597 virtual coins, obtain props and other virtual products or services
(13)Sell 597 virtual coins, props and other virtual products or services in a third party
(14)Purchase 597 virtual currency, props and other virtual products or services through third-party platforms or channels (such as Taobao stores)
(15)Other acts in violation of laws and regulations
10、 Privacy Policy
one597 Direct employment protects users' personal information and privacy information.The personal information and privacy involved in the registration terms refers to the personal identification data collected by 597 Direct Hire when members register 597 Direct Hire Account, use other 597 Direct Hire products or services, or participate in any form of membership activities, including members' names, nicknames, e-mail addresses, birth dates, gender, occupation, industry, personal income, etc.597 Direct employment automatically receives and records the information on the member's browser and server log, including but not limited to the member's IP address, online, wireless information, letters and other materials.
two597 The above information collected by direct employment will be used for identity verification, providing software/website services, improving software/website content, meeting members' needs for certain products and activities, notifying members of the latest products, activity information, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup, or as required by laws and regulations.
threeThe member's 597 direct employment account has password protection function to ensure the member's privacy and information security.In some cases, 597 direct employment uses a standard security system to ensure the security of data transmission.
four597 Direct employment may use tools to collect data for partner software/websites, and relevant data will also be used for statistical purposes.The 597 Direct Employment Association will integrate the recorded data of 597 direct employment members and provide them to partners for reference in the form of comprehensive data.The comprehensive data will include statistics of the number of people and usage, but will not include any data that can identify individuals.When 597 is directly employed as a partner to collect data, 597 and the partner will inform members on the software/website at the same time.
fiveThe member's personally identifiable information will not be leased, sold or disclosed to any third party in any way, except for the following circumstances: the member expressly agrees to let the third party share the information;Disclosure of members' personal information is a necessary condition for providing products and services required by members;To protect the rights, property or personal safety of 597 direct employees, members and the public;According to the provisions of laws and regulations, provide to the judicial authorities;The member information is leaked due to hacker attack;The searched engine is displayed in the search results;Other circumstances prescribed by law.
11、 Content uploaded or posted by members directly employed in 597
oneThe content uploaded or posted by members on 597 Direct Hire (including but not limited to photos, words, interview experience and experience evaluation, etc.) shall be deemed as a free, non exclusive right of use granted by members to 597 Direct Hire, and 597 Direct Hire has the right to copy, modify, publish, etc. the above content for the purpose of displaying, disseminating and promoting the above posted content.The right of use lasts until the member notifies 597 Direct Employment in writing that it cannot continue to use it, and 597 Direct Employment actually receives such written notice.For 597 direct employment partners to use or use in on-site activities, 597 direct employment will obtain the consent of members in advance, but it is not limited to use in 597 direct employment.
twoIf any third party claims for infringement or claims due to the above uploading or posting by members, members shall bear all responsibilities.
threeIf any third party copies, modifies, edits, disseminates, etc. the content posted by members in the public use area directly employed by 597, the legal consequences and responsibilities arising from such behavior shall be borne by the actor, which has nothing to do with 597 direct employment.
12、 Instant messaging services such as interview chat
oneWhen accepting 597 direct employment to provide instant messaging services such as online interview and chat with 597, users should abide by laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, social morality, and ensure the authenticity of the information transmitted.
twoText, voice and other information generated by users' communication with others through the communication service provided by 597 Direct Hiring, such as interview chat records, may be temporarily stored by 597 Direct Hiring according to legal provisions and the needs of user functions.597 Direct employment will encrypt relevant information and will not disclose it to any third person except as required by law.
threeThe communication information that may be temporarily stored by 597 direct employment will only be used for complaint handling, fraud detection and offline temporary storage.
fourIn order to protect the privacy of other users, users shall not publish the communication information specified in this article, such as interview chat records.If it causes losses to 597 direct employment or infringes on the rights of other users, it shall be liable for breach of contract or compensation.
13、 Information storage and restrictions
597 Direct employment has the right to formulate general measures and restrictions, including but not limited to the maximum period of e-mail, chat messages, posted content or other uploaded content that the software service will retain, the maximum number of e-mail messages that can be sent and received by each account, and the size of single messages that can be sent and received.If any information, communication materials and other contents stored or transmitted through the service are deleted or not stored, 597 Direct Employment will not assume any responsibility.Members agree that 597 Direct Employment has the right to close accounts that have not been used for a long time.At the same time, 597 Direct Employment has the right to change these general measures and restrictions at any time at its own discretion, whether or not it notifies members.
14、 End Service
If a member objects to the content of any registration terms or has objection to the modification of the subsequent registration terms, or is dissatisfied with the 597 direct employment service, the member has the following rights: no longer use the 597 direct employment service;End the membership of 597 direct employment service;Notice 597 Direct Employment to stop the service of the member.At the same time of ending the membership service, the right of members to use the 597 direct employment service will be terminated immediately, and 597 direct employment will no longer bear any obligations to members.
15、 Prohibition of Business Conduct
oneMembers agree not to copy, copy, sell, resell or use for any other commercial purposes the services or any part of the services provided by 597 direct employment.
twoIt is prohibited to charge applicants through their positions. If there is any untrue information, we will end the membership of 597 direct employment service.
16、 Liability for breach of contract
oneMembers who use false identity information and company information to register, publish false recruitment and job search information, publish serious illegal content including pyramid selling, pornography, reactionary, etc., and spread communication records such as interviews and chats to the outside world are deemed to have seriously violated this Agreement, and shall bear the economic losses and reputation losses caused to 597 direct employment.
twoIf any third person makes any claim or request against 597 Direct Hiring due to the provision, posting or transmission of content by members through 597 Direct Hiring, violation of the terms of service, or infringement of any rights of others, members shall compensate 597 Direct Hiring or other partners for their losses, including but not limited to the amount of compensation, attorney fees and reasonable investigation costs.
threeWhen a member complains that other members have illegal acts or violate the terms of this registration, the complainant shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from the false complaints.If the legitimate rights and interests of others are infringed, the complainant shall bear all legal responsibilities independently.If losses are caused to 597 Direct Employment, the complainant shall be liable for compensation to 597 Direct Employment.
17、 Change and modification of member registration terms
597 Direct employment has the right to change and modify the registration terms of this agreement at any time according to law.In case of any change in the registration terms, 597 Direct Hire will give an update prompt in the software, or send the latest version of the user agreement to members by email.If a member does not agree to the modification of the member registration terms, he or she can actively cancel the membership (such as canceling the account). If he or she has paid additional fees for some services, he or she can apply for full or partial refund of the fees.If the member continues to use the member account, it is deemed that the member has accepted the modification of the member registration terms.
18、 Force majeure
one"Force majeure" refers to an event that 597 Direct Hire cannot reasonably control, is unforeseeable or even can not be avoided even if it is foreseen, which prevents, affects or delays 597 Direct Hire from performing all or part of its obligations according to the terms of this registration.This event includes but is not limited to government actions, natural disasters, wars, hacker attacks, computer viruses, network failures, etc.Force majeure may lead to such adverse consequences as 597 direct employment's inability to access, slow access, loss of stored data, and disclosure of members' personal information.
twoIn case of force majeure, 597 Direct Employee can suspend the performance of obligations under the User Agreement until the impact of force majeure is eliminated, and will not be liable for breach of contract;However, we should try our best to overcome the incident and mitigate its negative impact.
19、 Notification
597 The notice sent by direct employment to its members will be in the form of email or page announcement.When the registration terms are modified or other matters are changed, 597 direct employment can be notified in the above form.
20、 Application and jurisdiction of law
The effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this User Agreement shall be governed by the current laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to Xiamen Arbitration Commission, which shall be governed by the Arbitration Rules of Xiamen Arbitration Commission (2007 Edition, Chinese) and the simple arbitration procedure. The arbitration award shall be final.If some terms of this User Agreement are invalid due to conflict with the current laws of the People's Republic of China, the validity of other terms will not be affected.

(3)Resume information.Since 597 Direct Hire provides job search and recruitment services, you can put your micro resume and portfolio into our database.Recruiting enterprises or personnel who use 597 direct recruitment services through registration or payment can find your resume through our database.When you improved your resume and personal tags in 597 direct employment and publicly displayed these information, you have agreed to have the right to inquire and use your resume, if legally permitted, to the recruitment enterprises or personnel who use the corresponding services of 597 direct employment.For any legal disputes arising therefrom (including but not limited to the recruitment enterprise or personnel's error or illegal use of the aforementioned resume information), 597 Direct Employment will not bear any legal liability.
3、 How we use your personal information
597 Direct employment will strictly abide by the contents of this privacy policy and its updates, and use your personal information in accordance with the principle of "legality, legitimacy and necessity".Your personal information will only be used for the purpose that has been determined at the time of collection and agreed by you. If there is any other use, we will obtain your consent in advance.
