In terms of facilitating Taiwan compatriots' exchanges, Taiwan residents' Mainland Travel Permit (hereinafter referred to as "Taiwan compatriots' card") "online", "port office" and "centralized" are implemented. The way of handling the card is more convenient, the channels for handling the card are more abundant, and Taiwan compatriots come to Fujian "as soon as they want"; We will promote the establishment of an entry-exit certificate production center in Xiamen, and the time limit for Xiamen Jin and Fuma "intra city life circle" personnel to handle entry-exit certificates will be shortened from 7 working days to 5 working days.
In terms of facilitating the passage of people and ships from Fujian and Taiwan, information collection points are added at the passenger transport ports to Taiwan, so as to facilitate Taiwan compatriots who voluntarily retain information to use the frontier inspection shortcut, and simultaneously realize "one place filing and nationwide use"; We launched online forecast and pre inspection of inbound and outbound border inspection procedures for ships (including Taiwan fishing boats and small trade merchant ships) going to and from Fujian and Taiwan, and provided 24-hour border inspection and customs clearance guarantee.
In terms of encouraging Taiwan compatriots to settle down in Fujian, it is clear that Taiwan compatriots who apply for settling down in Fujian can submit a settlement application to the exit and entry administration of the public security organ at or above the county level in the proposed place of residence. The time limit for approval is shortened from 20 working days to 10 working days. Upon approval, they may settle down in the proposed place of residence.
In terms of facilitating the life and development of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian, we will expand the scope of online verification services for Taiwan compatriots' ID cards. Taiwan compatriots who come to Fujian for short-term travel, family visits, and business can also enjoy the convenience of public services such as transportation, electronic payment, etc; Promote the establishment of "Taiwan Enterprise Special Window" and "Exit Entry Service Station", further expand the 12367 hotline services related to Taiwan, and provide efficient policy consultation, business handling and other government services for Taiwan enterprises in Fujian; Taiwan compatriots are allowed to enter and stay with foreign domestic service personnel, so that they can live and work in Fujian.
The relevant person in charge of the Exit Entry Administration of the People's Republic of China said that the ten measures have a positive role in serving to promote the exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan, and supporting Fujian to build a demonstration zone for the integrated development of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits. At present, the measures are in an orderly preparation stage. In the next step, the Bureau will continue to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, constantly innovate and optimize the exit and entry management policies and measures for Taiwan, actively serve Taiwan compatriots, Taiwan businessmen and Taiwan enterprises, and strive to ensure more convenient personnel exchanges across the Taiwan Straits, more smooth customs clearance, and more comfortable life and development of Taiwan compatriots in the mainland.
