In order to ensure the rights and interests of most readers, the library will charge late fees according to the following standards for readers who fail to return books before the specified date.

1. Overdue fine collection standard: 0.10 yuan/volume/day.

2. Readers have the obligation to accurately understand the borrowing rules and take the initiative to return the borrowed books on time.

3. If the readers fail to return the borrowed books on time when they go on business trips or internships in other places, the unit to which they belong must issue a written certificate.

4. If the book is still not returned after repeated reminders, it shall be deemed to be lost and handled according to the relevant provisions on lost books.

5. Overdue fees for interlibrary loan documents shall be handled according to the overdue rules and requirements of the document provider.
