1) The storage period of epoxy ceramic coating shall be shortened as far as possible to extend the service life of materials and avoid troubles during storage.
2) The solvent-free epoxy ceramic coating lining anti-corrosion material shall be placed indoors at 5~30 ℃ to prevent frost cracking.During storage, avoid direct sunlight and be 2m away from the heating device to avoid accelerated aging and damage.
3) After being stored in the open air for a long time, it shall be re inspected according to the inspection requirements before use.
4) The anti-corrosion equipment used for the first time shall not be stored in an empty tank before use. It is better to fill water for storage or seal each seal with plastic cloth.
5) The solvent-free epoxy ceramic coating anti-corrosion equipment shall be operated according to the designed process conditions during operation. If it is not in the process conditions, the reason shall be found out or the equipment shall be shut down for further investigation.
