Recently, our city's first community "five elders" studio was officially established in Fuluyuan Community, Wenfeng Road Sub district, and more than 30 people participated in the activity on behalf of the Municipal Customs Working Committee, the urban grass-roots party building advisory group, the town and street related principals and some community party organization secretaries.

The meeting made arrangements for the development of grassroots related work committees and the establishment of "five old" studios from three aspects: improving ideological awareness, strengthening responsibility implementation, and pooling the joint efforts of work. It emphasized that the majority of "five old" resources at the grassroots level should be fully integrated to provide more accurate, professional, and intimate normal care services for young people. Relevant responsible comrades in all towns and streets and the secretary of the community party organization actively exchanged speeches around the construction of the community customs work committee and the "five old" studio. The Municipal Urban Grass roots Party Construction Advisory Group is mainly responsible for guiding the establishment of the "Five Old" Studio from four aspects: work combination, team building, brand building and playing a role.

The "Five Old" studio is an important carrier that integrates the strength of veteran comrades and social volunteers on the broad stage of caring for the work of the next generation through the grass-roots service platform, with veteran cadres, veterans, experts, teachers, and models as the main force. Fuluyuan Community, close to the actual needs of young people, has mobilized more than 30 outstanding "five elders" to join the work team of caring for the next generation, established the "five elders" studio, explored and formed the "one two four" working method, created the characteristic work brand of "great love for Fulu, deep affection for the warm sun", and gathered silver strength for the training of socialist builders and successors.
