The high-tech enterprises identified in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Recognition of High tech Enterprises may, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Enterprise Income Tax Law and its Implementation Regulations, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Tax Collection (hereinafter referred to as the Tax Collection and Administration Law), and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Tax Collection and Administration Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Rules), The declaration enjoys preferential tax policies. The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation are responsible for the guidance, management and supervision of the identification of high-tech enterprises nationwide. |

Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Award is a provincial natural science award set up to reward the citizens and organizations of our province who have made outstanding contributions to scientific and technological innovation activities. The provincial science and technology awards are divided into five categories, namely, the provincial science and technology special contribution award, the provincial natural science award, the provincial technology invention award, the provincial science and technology progress award and the provincial international science and technology cooperation award. The provincial science and technology special contribution award is reviewed every two years. Other provincial science and technology awards are reviewed once a year. The provincial science and technology award level is set as: the provincial science and technology special contribution award and the provincial international science and technology cooperation award are not graded. The Provincial Natural Science Award and the Provincial Technological Invention Award are divided into three grades: first prize, second prize and third prize. The Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award has four levels, namely, the Grand Prize, the First Prize, the Second Prize and the Third Prize. The provincial science and technology award is recommended, reviewed and awarded in accordance with the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Award Measures and the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Award Implementation Rules. |
