Tianjin Second Construction Examination Registration Conditions in 2020

The registration conditions for Tianjin 2020 Grade II Constructor Examination have not yet been announced. The majority of candidates can refer to Tianjin 2019 Grade II Constructor Examination registration conditions, as follows:

　　 3、 Candidate qualification and exemption conditions

　　 （1） Conditions for applying for the qualification examination of Level II constructor

According to the spirit of the document (JRZ [2005] No. 23) issued by Tianjin Personnel Bureau and Tianjin Construction Committee, the conditions for applying for the qualification examination of Grade II constructor are as follows:

Those who abide by the law and have Junior college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics and Engaged in construction management of construction projects for more than 2 years , you can register for the qualification examination of Grade II constructor.

(II) Conditions of some subjects exempted from the qualification examination for Level II constructor

Those who meet the registration conditions for the qualification examination of Grade II constructor and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the examination of corresponding subjects:

1. Obtained the Qualification Certificate of Class II Project Manager of Construction Enterprises, was employed as a professional and technical post at or above the intermediate level in engineering or engineering economy, and had been engaged in project construction management for 15 years, so he was exempted from the examination of the subject of Construction Management of Construction Engineering, and only participated in the examination of the subjects of Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Engineering and Professional Engineering Management and Practice.

2. Having obtained the Qualification Certificate of Class I Project Manager of Construction Enterprises, and been employed as an intermediate or above professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy, or engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years or more, they are exempt from the examination of the subjects of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge, and only participate in the examination of the subjects of Professional Engineering Management and Practice.

　　 （3） Conditions and subjects for applying for the qualification examination (additional specialty) of Level II constructor

1. Application conditions

The personnel who meet the requirements for applying for the second level constructor qualification examination specified in the document (JRZ [2005] No. 23) of the Municipal Human Resources Bureau and the Municipal Construction Commission and have obtained the second level constructor qualification certificate may, according to the actual work needs, choose the corresponding majors in the subject of Professional Engineering Management and Practice and register for the examination.

2. Examination subjects

The additional professional examination for Grade II constructor only takes the examination of Professional Engineering Management and Practice, which includes six professional categories: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public engineering, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering. Candidates can choose one according to their actual work needs when registering.
