Qualification of Guizhou Erjian

The registration conditions for the 2020 Level II Constructor Examination in Guizhou Province have not yet been announced. The majority of candidates can refer to the registration conditions for the 2019 Level II Constructor Examination in Guizhou Province, as follows:

　　 Application conditions

According to the Measures for the Implementation of the Qualification Examination for Class II Builders in Guizhou Province (QJBF [2005] No. 245), those who meet the following conditions can apply for the examination of Class II Builders. Applicants shall register for the examination according to the principle of territoriality. Please select one of the following three categories to register according to your own conditions.

(I) New evidence obtaining examinee : Anyone who abides by laws and disciplines and has Secondary college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics and 2 years of experience in construction management of construction projects And can apply for the Grade II Constructor Examination.

(II) Exam free candidates : Those who have obtained the qualification of Grade II project manager in construction and above, meet the registration conditions in Item (I) above and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the corresponding subjects:

1. Exemption from the first subject: with intermediate or above technical title, and engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years or more, the examination of Construction Management of Construction Projects can be exempted.

2. Exemption from the second subject: obtain the first level project manager qualification certificate, and have intermediate and above technical titles; Or obtain the first level project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years or more, the examination of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects can be exempted.

(III) Additional professional candidates : The personnel who have obtained the professional qualification of Grade II constructor of a certain specialty may, according to the actual needs of work, choose another specialty in the subject of Professional Engineering Management and Practice to register for the examination.

The requirements for working years in the above application conditions refer to the sum of the working hours of the applicants before and after they obtain their academic qualifications, and the calculation period is up to December 31, 2018; The requirements for educational qualifications refer to the formal educational qualifications recognized by the national educational administrative department.

According to the Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Strengthening the Safety Work of Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (RSBF [2016] No. 64), in order to strengthen the localization management of candidates, in 2019, only candidates who work in Guizhou Province or whose registered permanent residence is in Guizhou Province will be accepted. Specific requirements are as follows:

1. Any candidate whose ID card number is Guizhou Province (ID card number begins with 52) can apply for the examination normally if they meet the above conditions;

2. Candidates who hold an ID card from another province (ID card number is not beginning with 52) but already have a household registration in Guizhou Province, in addition to meeting the above application conditions, must also provide a certificate of the household registration in Guizhou Province to apply for the examination;

3. Candidates who hold a non provincial ID card (ID card number is not beginning with 52) and have no household registration in Guizhou Province, but work in an enterprise in Guizhou Province and have been paid social insurance (at least pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and other three insurances) by the enterprise for more than one year (including one year), in addition to meeting the above application conditions, You must also provide the proof of continuous payment of social security from January 2018 to December 2018 (or details of payment) before you can apply for the exam
