What is a military academy for soldiers

Military examination means

1. Admission examination for PLA colleges and universities.

2. Rely on local ordinary colleges and universities to recruit early batches of undergraduate students and servicemen from new high school graduates of ordinary middle schools (including those who meet the escort conditions) who have participated in the national college entrance examination.

3. Military schools for servicemen are divided into military schools for soldiers with high school degrees and military schools for those with college degrees.

The difference between soldiers in service and military schools

1. Unlike the college students' conscription exam, the college students' conscription exam enrolls fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities;

New conditions

The annual assessment results over the years are above the level of competent, and the annual military training scores of individuals over the years are above good (new);

Age condition

Unmarried, no more than 22 years old, of which, those who were students or graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning or ethnic minorities before enlistment, the age can be extended by one year (as of January 1 of that year);

Education requirements

Education level or above of ordinary high school or equivalent

Military age requirements

Have served for 1 year or less but not more than 3 years (as of June 30 of the current year);

Recruitment process - application process for soldiers with high school education

The first stage: individual registration, democratic recommendation of grass-roots units, review of grass-roots party organizations, assessment and approval of brigade and regiment level units.
Note: It is possible for each brigade and regiment level unit to organize preliminary examinations and physical examinations for military and cultural subjects.
The second stage: physical examination.
Note: It is organized and implemented by the enrollment office of the military area command unit, or by the unit at the division level. Only those who pass the physical examination can participate in the military examination and the cultural examination

Application process of junior college educated soldiers

Cultural subjects

1、 Examination subjects
Chinese, mathematics, military and political knowledge integration (political, military), scientific knowledge integration (physics, chemistry, history), English.

2、 Exam duration
150 minutes for Chinese, mathematics, military and political knowledge integration, and scientific knowledge integration, and 120 minutes for English.

3、 Score of test questions
Full score: 750.
Among them, 150 points are for Chinese, 150 points are for mathematics, 150 points are for military and political knowledge (70 points for politics, 80 points for military), 200 points are for scientific knowledge (80 points for physics, 70 points for chemistry, 50 points for history), and 100 points are for English.
