In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures of Ningbo Municipality for the Implementation of the Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions, the Opinions of Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau on the Implementation of the Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions of Ningbo Education System, the Notice on the Pilot Work of the Public Recruitment of Teachers in Institutions Directly under the Central Government, Ningbo Yinzhou Middle School will recruit one Chinese teacher, one math teacher and one chemistry teacher for the nationwide open recruitment. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1、 Introduction to recruitment unit

2、 Recruitment principles and methods

The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection. According to the employment standards with both ability and political integrity, the method of public registration, unified examination and merit based employment is adopted. Through the procedures of preliminary examination, re examination, physical examination and inspection, outstanding graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are openly recruited for career teachers.

3、 Recruitment objects and conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;

2. Abide by discipline, conduct well and have good professional quality;

3. Have the educational background, degree, specialty and other requirements required by the recruitment position;

4. Requirements for teacher qualification certificate: fresh graduates must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within one year of employment, and other candidates must have obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate;

5. Have other conditions required for recruitment.

6. Teachers in 26 mountainous counties and island counties in Zhejiang Province and in major cities of Ningbo, who are still within the contract period, need to provide their school's consent certificate.

5、 Recruitment methods and steps

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Online registration:

Online registration lasts from the date of announcement to June 12, 2024.

2. On site confirmation and registration

(1) Time and place of on-site confirmation and registration: 2:00-4:00 p.m., June 13, Ningbo Yinzhou Middle School Examination Office

(2) On site confirmation and registration requirements: applicants must bring application materials to the designated place for on-site verification and confirmation. The school reviews the applicants' application qualifications. If the applicants' certificates are incomplete or inconsistent with the application qualifications, they will not pass the qualification review. Those who practice fraud will be disqualified once verified.

(3) Required materials: 1 application form (announcement attachment, which can be downloaded and filled in), 1 recently bareheaded 1-inch photo (name form), ID card, academic degree certificate (graduate students must also prepare undergraduate academic degree certificate), All other materials related to the qualification conditions of the position to apply for the examination: the new graduates in 2024 need to provide student cards and employment recommendation forms (overseas students who graduate from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 can present the student status certificates of overseas schools); Previous labor (employment) contracts (or endowment insurance payment vouchers), approval certificate issued by the employer, and other relevant certificates required by the recruitment position. (4) The ratio between the number of job candidates and the number of recruitment plans cannot be less than 3:1. If the ratio between the number of qualified candidates and the number of recruitment plans is less than 3:1 within the specified registration time, the recruitment of the position will be canceled, or the number of job candidates will be reduced proportionally.

(2) Examination

There are two links of the initial examination and the second examination for the teacher position. When the ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of recruitment plans is greater than 6:1, the initial examination phase will be added. When the ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of recruitment plans is less than or equal to 6:1, the re examination will be directly entered.

The applicant shall take the examination at each link at the specified time and place with his ID card. If the applicant fails to take the examination at the specified time and place, he shall be deemed as giving up.

1. Preliminary test

The interview method is adopted for the initial test, which mainly inspects the comprehensive qualities of the candidate, such as problem analysis ability, language expression ability, behavior and appearance. The total score is 100 points, and 60 points are qualified points. The time and place of the initial examination shall be notified by the school when the registration is confirmed on site.

After the preliminary examination, according to the scores of the preliminary examination from high to low, the number of candidates entering the second round examination shall be determined according to the ratio of 6:1 between the number of applicants and the number of recruitment plans, and the number of people who are insufficient shall be determined according to the actual number of people (if any person gives up, they shall not be replaced). The results of the preliminary examination, the list of persons entering the second examination, and the specific time and place of the second examination will be announced on the official website of Ningbo Yinzhou Middle School.

2. Retest

The second interview is in the form of trial lecture. The trial lecture is a simulated classroom teaching, which mainly inspects the applicants' classroom teaching ability, professional knowledge, comprehensive knowledge, etc. Those with less than 70 points will not be included in the physical examination and investigation.

3. Total score

The total score shall be the result of the second round examination. Among those who scored 70 points and above, the physical examination and investigation objects shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the total score from high to low. If the total scores are the same, additional structured interviews will be conducted. Those with high additional scores will be determined as the objects of physical examination and investigation.  

The total score of the examination and the list of persons who have entered the physical examination and investigation will be announced on the website of Ningbo Yinzhou Middle School within 7 working days after the examination.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

Physical examination and investigation shall be organized and implemented by the school. After receiving the notice, the physical examination participants shall go to the designated place at the required time to participate in the physical examination. The physical examination standards for teachers shall be in accordance with the Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Accreditation in Zhejiang Province. The investigation includes the ideological and political quality, morality, professional ability, discipline and law compliance, as well as the performance during the study and application period. Those who fail to pass the physical examination and inspection will be eliminated. When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position during the physical examination and later due to unqualified physical examination or inspection, it will not be filled.

(4) Publicity and employment

The name list of the proposed employees shall be reported by Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau to Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, and shall be publicized on the website of Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the website of Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau for seven working days. If there is no objection after the period of publicity expires, the proposed employee can sign a tripartite employment agreement or go through employment procedures. The file data will still be reviewed when going through the employment procedures. If the file data of a candidate is found not to meet the application conditions, the employment qualification will be canceled.

6、 Other matters

(1) Applicants who are graduates of 2024 ordinary colleges and universities must obtain corresponding academic degrees before September 30, 2024; Those who are graduates studying abroad shall obtain relevant academic degree certificates certified by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China before December 31, 2024. If the above two categories of personnel have not obtained academic degree certificates or corresponding certificates at that time, they will be disqualified from employment.

Graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 and 2023 (from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023), or overseas students who graduated in the same period and obtained a degree certificate and a diploma certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China before the end of December 2023, as well as other persons who can enjoy the employment treatment of new graduates according to national policies, You can apply as a new graduate in 2024. Teachers who have been teaching in 26 mountainous counties and island counties in Zhejiang Province and in schools within the city of Ningbo, but are still within the contract period, need to provide their school's consent certificate.

(2) The proposed employee must sign an employment contract with the school according to the employment system of the public institution and implement the probation period. If the probation period (one year) expires and the employee fails to pass the assessment, the school will terminate the employment contract.

(3) If no corresponding teacher qualification is obtained within one year after employment, the school will terminate the employment contract.
