According to the deployment and arrangement of the Notice of the People's Government of Ningbo City on Doing a Good Job in the Fifth National Economic Census (YZF [2023] No. 15), the city is carrying out the registration of the fifth national economic census. The relevant supplementary registration items are announced as follows:
1、 Supplementary registration objects: legal entities and industrial activity entities engaged in the secondary and tertiary industries within the administrative regions of the city that have not yet undergone economic census registration.
2、 Supplementary registration time: before March 30, 2024.
3、 Supplementary registration method: 1. Carry the business license (duplicate), balance sheet, income statement, tax return, personnel salary details and other materials during working hours to go to the economic census registration acceptance point set up in the district (county, city) where the business is located for centralized registration; 2. Contact the contact number published by the local Economic and Social Affairs Office, inform the business address, make an appointment for the time of visiting, and the census taker will carry out the census registration on the spot; 3. The independent declaration unit shall contact the local general economic office, and the census taker will assist in the independent declaration through telephone or door-to-door.
4、 In accordance with the provisions of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on National Economic Census, please actively cooperate with the census registration work and provide true and accurate information in a timely manner. The census objects who refuse or obstruct the census institutions and census workers from carrying out their work according to law, or who falsely report, conceal or omit to report census data, will be subject to administrative punishment according to law. Enterprises with serious violations will be identified as serious statistical dishonest enterprises according to law, which will be pushed to the national credit information sharing platform and the national enterprise credit information publicity system, and will be published in "Credit China" Website publicity.
5、 Census institutions and census takers at all levels shall strictly keep confidential the information of census objects, and the relevant information shall only be used for census purposes, and shall not be used as the basis for the implementation of administrative licensing, administrative punishment and other specific administrative actions against census objects.
