Product description:

ME7156 is a reworkable, alumina filled, electrical insulation and heat conduction epoxy adhesive. It has excellent flexibility and can bond highly mismatched CTE materials (i.e. alumina aluminum, silicon copper). Because of its high thermal conductivity, this material can be used to bond large surfaces

ME7156 can be easily reworked at 80-100 º C. It is recommended to use volumetric dispensing equipment with ceramic dispensing head.

Packaging method: ME7156 can be packaged in a syringe for automatic dispensing or canned. Viscosity and thixotropic coefficient can be customized according to your specific needs.

Procedure:

(1) Before opening the dispensing tank or dispensing needle, it should be placed at ambient temperature until thawing.

(2) Apply glue on the clean substrate.

(3) Prebake at 60 ℃ for 30 to 60 minutes to achieve better bonding effect

(4) Cure according to the recommended curing conditions.
