According to the Civil Servant Law, the Regulations on the Recruitment of Civil Servants and other laws and regulations, as well as the Implementation Plan of Jiangsu Province's 2021 Examination for the Recruitment of Civil Servants, and the Announcement of Jiangsu Province's 2021 Examination for the Recruitment of Civil Servants, with the approval of the provincial department in charge of civil servants, Nanjing Civil Servant Bureau will organize the implementation of the 2021 examination for the recruitment of civil servants throughout the city. In 2021, 763 civil servants and the staff of the reference management units will be recruited by the municipal authorities at all levels and the management units referring to the Civil Servant Law (hereinafter referred to as the reference management) (including the vertical management organs below Nanjing Province and the institutions directly under the provincial authorities). 1、 Application conditions and objects

(1) Application conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. The age of candidates who are over 18 years old, under 35 years old (born from November 3, 1984 to November 9, 2002), graduate students with master's degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities in 2021 (not on the job), and candidates who are targeted to recruit excellent village (community) party organization secretary (director) positions can be relaxed to 40 years old (born after November 3, 1979) Applicants for the positions of the people's police of judicial administrative organs and judicial police of courts and procuratorates shall be subject to the requirements of the Notice on Adjusting the Age for Recruitment of People's Police by Public Security Organs, Prisons and Reeducation through Labor Administrative Organs;

4. Have good political quality and moral character;

5. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform the duties normally;

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the position;

7. Applicants who have college education or above, and who are targeted to recruit excellent village (community) party organization secretary (director) positions can be extended to technical secondary school or high school education;

8. Applicants for the positions of people's police of public security organs and judicial police of courts and procuratorates must also meet the conditions specified in the General Rules of Jiangsu Province on Public Security Organs' Recruitment of Civil Servants (People's Police) in 2021; Candidates for the position of people's police in judicial administrative organs (prisons, compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation units) must also meet the conditions specified in the General Manual of Civil Servants (People's Police) Employed in the 2021 Examination of the Judicial Administrative System of Jiangsu Province;

9. (2) Examinees and relevant requirements

1. Persons who apply for positions in the city and in the vertical administrative organs and institutions directly under the provincial organs below Nanjing Province are not restricted by the place of origin (refers to fresh graduates) or household registration (refers to social personnel), but if there are special provisions on positions, they shall follow them.

2. Targeted recruitment of new graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2021 (position code 60-69). If the recruitment position clearly requires grass-roots work experience, applicants must have corresponding grass-roots work experience. 3、 Examination

The examination includes written examination, interview and professional ability test.

(1) Written examination

1. Type of written examination

The written examination of public subjects is classified into three categories: A, B and C. The subjects of the examination are administrative vocational ability test and argumentation. All applicants are required to take the examination. For the scope of the examination, please refer to the Outline of Written Examination for Public Subject of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province in 2021.

In addition to taking the written examination in public subjects, applicants for Class B positions in the people's police of the public security organ also need to take the examination in public security professional subjects. Please check the examination outline on the website of the competent civil servant department, the website of the provincial public security department or the registration website.

2. Time and place

The written examination for public subjects will be held on December 20, 2020. The specific arrangements are as follows:

The examination time of public security professional subjects is December 19, 2020, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

In principle, the written examination of public subjects will be set up in all districts and cities in our province, and the examination of public security professional subjects will be set up in Nanjing, Wuxi, Taizhou and Huai'an.

Candidates should take the written examination at the prescribed time and place with their admission cards and second-generation identity cards within the validity period. The ID card held by the candidate when taking the exam must be consistent with the ID card name and citizen ID number used when registering.

3. Score query

The written examination results and qualified scores can be queried on the registration website in mid January 2021.

(2) Interview

Among the qualified personnel in the written examination, the candidates for the interview (professional ability test) for each position shall be determined according to the order of the written examination scores from high to low, and the ratio of 3:1 to the number of proposed employees. Among them, the written test scores of the people's police of public security organs in category B positions are respectively 40%, 30% and 30% of the scores of the administrative vocational ability test, the argumentation test and the public security professional subject test, and the written test scores of candidates for other positions are respectively 50% of the scores of the administrative vocational ability test and the argumentation test.

Before the interview, the recruitment organ or the district competent department for civil servants shall review the qualifications of the candidates for the interview. If, after reexamination, the applicant fails to pass the reexamination due to lack of qualification, incomplete materials or false information, the recruitment authority or the district competent department of public servants shall report to the municipal competent department of public servants for approval, cancel the interview qualification, and fill in the candidates for the interview among those who have passed the written examination for the same position from the highest to the lowest according to the written examination results.

The total score is calculated according to the percentage system. The specific method is: 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score. The written examination results and interview results shall retain two decimal places, and the third decimal place shall be rounded off.

4、 Physical examination (physical fitness assessment)

The recruitment authority determines the candidates for physical examination according to the order of the total scores of the candidates from high to low, and the ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates to be employed, and publishes the information of the candidates for physical examination on Nanjing Party Construction Network () and Nanjing Personnel Examination Network (). 5、 Inspection

6、 Publicity, approval and filing

The recruitment organ shall put forward the list of candidates to be employed according to the examination results, physical examination results, investigation conditions, etc. of the candidates, which shall be announced to the public after being examined and approved by the municipal competent department of civil servants. The publicity contents include the name and position of the proposed employment authority, the name and gender of the proposed employment personnel, the examination permit number, the work unit (the graduating college for the new student), the scores of each subject, the total composite score, the supervision and reporting telephone number, and other matters specified by the competent department of civil servants. The publicity period shall not be less than 5 working days.

At the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures; Those who have serious problems and have found evidence shall not be employed; If there are serious problems reported, but it is difficult to verify them for a while, the employment will be postponed until it is verified and a conclusion is made.

When there is a vacancy in the physical examination, inspection (political review), publicity and other links due to the applicant's failure to meet the requirements, voluntary abandonment and other reasons, the candidate will be filled in a lump sum according to the total score of the examination from high to low, and each position will be filled only once.
