1. Have relevant work experience and basic knowledge of architecture. Skillfully read architectural drawings. Proficient in 3DMAX modeling technology.
2. Have relevant professional education or more than two years of relevant work experience. Various and flexible modeling techniques, in-depth software mastery, strong work order, thorough understanding of architecture, ability to quickly grasp the design intent, and certain ability to assist design.
3. Have pioneering and enterprising spirit, team spirit, strong initiative and creativity, good professional ethics and cultural quality.
