In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Announcement of Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions of Dunhua City in 2024 (No. 1), the interview of public recruitment of staff in public institutions of Dunhua City in 2024 is hereby notified as follows:

1、 Interview evaluation method

In 2024, the interview for public recruitment staff of public institutions in Dunhua City will take the form of structured interview and professional knowledge defense, with a duration of 10 minutes.

2、 Place and time of interview

The interview venue is located in No. 3 Middle School of Dunhua City, and the interview time is June 30, 2024. The interview place and time are detailed in the Interview Schedule of Public Recruitment Announcement (No. 1) of Public Institutions in Dunhua City in 2024 (Annex 1).

3、 Relevant requirements

（1） The examinee will enter from 7:00 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. on the same day, and those who fail to enter on time will be deemed as giving up automatically. The Entrance Examination Permit and the valid ID card used at the time of registration shall be presented when entering the site. Those who cannot show the two cards are not allowed to enter the site.

（2） The interview sequence of candidates is determined by drawing lots. The interview is scored on the spot and the results are announced on the spot.

（3） Candidates are not allowed to carry interview related books and materials when entering the exam, and the communication and electronic equipment they carry must be closed and handed over to the examination staff for unified custody. If it is found that the examinee has not handed in the communication, electronic equipment, interview related books and materials, no matter whether they are used or not, they will be treated as disciplinary violations and will be disqualified for the interview.

（4） Candidates are not allowed to wear department or industry work uniforms, and they are not allowed to wear ornaments with obvious marks.

（5） During the interview, the examinee only applies for the examination number, and shall not give his/her name or other information that can indicate his/her identity (such as his/her unit, graduation college and major, native place, birthplace, etc.). Those who violate the regulations will be punished as disciplinary violations and will be directly disqualified from the interview.

（6） Candidates shall obey the management of the staff and shall not leave the waiting room without authorization. Those who violate the regulations will be punished as disciplinary violations and will be disqualified for interview. If candidates need to go to the bathroom, they must be accompanied and supervised by staff.

（7） After the interview, the candidates should leave the examination room immediately without staying, otherwise they will be punished as disciplinary violations.
