2. Address requirements:

·Transportation hub: It is adjacent to the airport, railway station, passenger transport and expressway hubs.

3. Property requirements:

·Property nature: commercial, with clear property rights.

2. The policy of converting the license plate to 20000 yuan for 50000 yuan and deducting the management fee after opening;
