It is reported that there are nearly 2000 volunteers in the community, which are divided into 10 different types of volunteer service teams, such as the community party member volunteer service team and the public security patrol volunteer team, which have effectively improved the happiness of residents. The community has won many honors such as "National Advanced Collective for Caring for the Next Generation", "Provincial Top 100 Community", "Provincial Demonstration Community", "Municipal Civilized Community", and was also selected as the most beautiful volunteer service village (community) in the province in 2022.
In 2002, Chaohui Community set up a "security guard" patrol team, which is composed of 36 community party members and volunteers and carries out patrols every day. In recent years, the "business" scope of the patrol team has gradually expanded. As long as residents have needs, they will come forward to help, and actively promote garbage classification and other key work. Up to now, the "security guard" patrol team has carried out 7024 patrols, cleared 3062 points, and cleared 714 garbage vehicles in total, adding a "red barrier" to create a safe and harmonious community.

In recent years, Zhaohui Community has set up a community mediation committee, which is composed of five enthusiastic residents with grassroots work experience, and one community law practitioner. They resolve various conflicts and disputes in the community in a timely manner and eliminate various unsafe factors. Up to now, the community mediation committee has carried out 358 mediation and 82 rule of law propaganda activities, which has effectively improved the legal awareness of the masses.
