Not necessarily, investors can choose to add positions in batches. For example, after the fund loses 5% of its capital, it will add a part of its position, and after the fund loses 10% of its capital, it will add another part of its position until it is completed.

After the fund falls, adding positions can reduce the capital. Later, the fund has a higher probability of returning the capital and earning money. The fund trades at net value. After the fund falls, the net value decreases, and investors use the same capital to buy more funds, thus diluting the capital of fund trading.
