Not necessarily, investors can choose to add positions in batches. For example, after the fund loses 5% of its capital, it will add a part of its position, and after the fund loses 10% of its capital, it will add another part of its position until it is completed.

After the fund falls, adding positions can reduce the capital. Later, the probability of the fund returning the capital and earning money is higher. The fund trades at net value. After the fund falls, the net value decreases, and investors buy more funds with the same capital, thus diluting the capital of fund trading.
