Sticking steel glue to structure
This product is a modified epoxy structural adhesive composed of A and B components, with high strength, especially the tensile strength between steel and steel, and the bonding strength between steel and concrete. The steel plate and the tension members of the new and old reinforced concrete buildings are closely bonded together with steel glue, which can significantly improve the strength and stiffness of the structure, and has the advantages of convenient operation, fast construction, low cost, no use space, fast loading time, etc.

usage method:
1. Remove the floating ash, dust, oil stain and dirt on the old concrete sticking surface; If there are honeycombs and cracks on the surface, repair and level them; The bonding surface of steel plate shall be leveled and derusted.
2. The glue shall be prepared in strict accordance with the proportion of components A and B, and shall be fully stirred evenly without sediment color difference. The container shall be clean without dust, moisture and oil stains. Mechanical mixing shall be used to mix components A and B evenly.
3. Apply the prepared glue to the surface of the treated concrete and steel plate with a spatula at the same time (when applying glue, the horizontal paste should be thick in the middle and thin at the edge, and the vertical paste should be thick in the top and thin in the bottom, without missing), then paste the steel plate to the predetermined position, and gently tap along the paste surface with a hammer. If there is no hollow sound, it means that the paste has been dense, otherwise, peel off the steel plate, and then paste the glue again.
4. After the steel plate is pasted, it shall be pressed and fixed until the glue overflows around the steel plate at the same time. The steel plate shall not be partially depressurized in the middle of pressurization. It can be depressurized after 24 hours at 20 ℃ or above, and can be used under stress after 3 days. If it is lower than 15 ℃, it can be heated manually or the curing waiting time can be extended. Rust prevention and anti-corrosion treatment shall be done after curing and depressurization.
Transportation and storage:
1. This product does not belong to dangerous goods. It can be transported by ordinary means of transportation. It is not allowed to be tilted upside down or exposed to the sun or rain.
2. Store under 25 ℃ in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from light. The storage period is 12 months. It can still be used if it is not hardened after expiration.

1. Construction preparation, positioning and setting out. Snap the line to determine the reinforcement position according to the reinforcement design drawing;
2. Base course treatment. The concrete surface shall be polished to remove laitance, oil stain, fill holes, and seal cracks.
3. The steel plate surface shall be polished and derusted, and dipped with absorbent cotton for 2-3 times;
4. Prepare WJ-501 epoxy resin adhesive for steel structure. The weight of structural adhesive is calculated as 3-5 jin per square meter. Weigh the two components separately according to the ratio of A: B=3:1, and put them into a container. Stir them with a shaft mixer with a rotating speed of 100-300 r/min for 5-10 minutes, and then observe whether the color is uniform and free of lumps. The dosage at a time shall not exceed 10 kg. Each mixing amount shall be used up within the applicable period, and structural adhesive beyond the applicable period shall not be used;
5. Gluing, pasting and pressurizing. Plaster the prepared structural adhesive on the surface of the treated concrete and steel plate, paste the steel plate at the predetermined position, and pressurize after fixation;
6. Curing. WJ-501 epoxy resin bonded steel structure adhesive has different curing time at different temperatures. The fixture or support can be removed for 48 hours at normal temperature (23 ℃), and can be used under force after 4 days. There shall be no disturbance to the steel parts during the curing process.
7. Inspection and acceptance. After curing, gently tap the steel plate with a small hammer to judge the bonding compactness by sound.

WJ-501 epoxy resin
1. The steel plate and concrete bonding surface shall be subject to surface treatment. The steel plate surface shall be derusted, polished and wiped clean. The concrete surface shall be polished.
2. Before mixing the glue, mix the glue A and B in their respective barrels for 2-3 minutes. (It is not allowed to use the same mixing rod for the glue of A and B at the same time) Then weigh it according to the ratio of A: B=2:1, pour it into the container, and mix it until the color is uniform (generally 3-5 minutes). The amount of glue to be mixed at a time shall not exceed 10 kg.
3. Pouring construction shall be carried out according to the requirements of the design drawing, and all parts easy to lose adhesive shall be sealed with sealant to prevent the loss of glue.
4. When selecting pressure injection, the pressure of general pressure pump is 2.2-0.3MPa. It shall not exceed 0.5MPa.
5. This product is suitable for use in the environment above 5 ℃. Temperature rise measures shall be taken when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃.
6. If there is water on the concrete surface, wipe it off and dry it with a hot air blower before using this product.

Key points of construction:
1. Steel plate surface treatment
The bonding surface of steel plate must be derusted and roughened. If the steel plate is not rusted or slightly rusted, sand blasting, abrasive cloth or flat grinding wheel can be used to polish it until metallic luster appears. The greater the grinding roughness, the better. The grinding line should be perpendicular to the direction of the steel plate force, and then wipe it with cotton yarn.
2. Base course surface treatment

Attention shall be paid to avoid rainwater entering the container when mixing, and mixing shall be carried out in the same direction. There shall be no oil stain in the container, and air bubbles shall be avoided when mixing.
4. The structural adhesive shall be prepared in strict accordance with the proportion provided in the specification of structural adhesive, and can be used only after it is stirred evenly. The amount of glue mixed at one time should not be too much, and it should be used up in 40-50 minutes.
5. Paste the steel and evenly apply the prepared structural adhesive on the steel cleaning surface and the concrete cleaning surface with a small shovel. The thickness of the adhesive is 1~3cm, and the middle is thick and the edge is thin. Paste the steel onto the concrete surface. After the steel is pasted in place, fix it with clamps or supports immediately, and gradually pressurize it to extrude the glue from the edge of the steel. At the same time, constantly clean the extruded glue. However, uneven pressure may still cause local slight flow, so attention should be paid to inspection within 1 hour of pasting, and timely supplement should be made in case of glue shortage.
