[Huang Guanling]: 2010 can be said to be the year when the brand of Bolan Company broke out. Many friends in the industry said that Bolan in 2010 was a dark horse in the furniture industry in East China. But I don't think so. I think this is the result of our accumulated strength. In fact, we have been working on brand building since three years ago. It just happened that 2010 was just the beginning of Bolan. In 2011, larger brand operations will continue wave by wave. Bolan will take the promotion and revitalization of East China soft furniture as its own responsibility to bring greater surprises to East China furniture

Most of the upholstered furniture industry are regional brands, and there are few national brands, let alone international brands. Therefore, the furniture industry at this stage is an era of mixed good and bad, which is both a challenge and an opportunity. It seems that there are still a few home appliance industries that are still left over ten years ago, some that can be recognized by consumers, and some that can continue to develop without being merged. So I think if we are still here in 10 years, 20 years and 30 years, it will be success. Think about how many brands of upholstered furniture will be available 30 years later, and how different your product styles and consumer positioning will be.

[SouFun Furniture]: The furniture industry developed rapidly in 2010. According to the last public data, the gross domestic product by the end of September has reached 312.592 billion yuan. SouFun will also officially set up its furniture business department in 2011. What's your opinion on this?

[Huang Guanling]: This idea is very good. The furniture industry has been short of professional websites for many years. Each manufacturer or region is fighting on its own, with neither fairness nor readability. The establishment of SouFun Furniture Network enables consumers to have a more comprehensive and professional understanding of the furniture industry. We, the furniture people, must support it.

[SouFun Furniture]: In 2010, furniture stores expanded rapidly, and manufacturing enterprises were slightly weak. Some enterprises began to try independent stores and Internet channels. What experience do you have in channel development of furniture enterprises?

[Huang Guanling]: The enterprise's sales channels are more refined than numerous. Whether to open an independent store or online shopping should be decided according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself. The development of any channel can not be smooth. To open an independent store, you must consider the factors such as product supporting, store location, advertising and store management. For online shopping, you should consider the ideas of regional dealers more, and how to coordinate the relationship between the two is particularly important. Bolan will find a marketing channel with Bolan characteristics according to its own conditions.

[SouFun Furniture]: The rapid development of the furniture industry has attracted the attention of venture capital, and Macalline, Kumanju, etc. have also attracted a large number of venture capital. What do you think about the entry of capital? Does your company have a listing plan?

[Huang Guanling]: The entry of capital certainly has its advantages. They can provide you with better enterprise development planning, more standardized accounting system, and a large amount of funds. However, not all enterprises are interested in it. First of all, enterprises should be competitive. And it should have a qualified foundation and a qualified development prospect of the industry. Secondly, the contracts with venture capital companies should be equivalent. Venture capital is generally short-term behavior, and what they seek is to maximize the cash register. We can share weal and weal, not weal and woe. One slip may become the next Yongle, Mengniu.

Listing is a way rather than an end. I always believe that the owners of a large enterprise are the public rather than individuals or families. Listing is just a stage of enterprise development and a way to return to the public. If listing makes the enterprise develop better, provides more employment, creates more social wealth, and gives the public shareholders a richer goal, why not go public?

[Huang Guanling]: The price of raw materials rises crazily.
