Post responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the recruitment, training and deployment of sales promotion personnel in the jurisdiction area;

2. Inspect and evaluate the performance and ability of promoters, and regularly submit various reports and data;

3. Conduct comprehensive analysis on the operation and product display of stores within the jurisdiction, and assist in adjusting the sales strategy and personnel arrangement; Achieve sales targets of promotion activities and promotion teams;

4. Implement and standardize the daily management process of promoters according to the company's requirements;

5. Draw up and implement the promotion plan, supervise the implementation of various promotion activities, and evaluate the promotion activities.

Qualifications

1. High school degree or above, at least two years of sales promotion management experience;

2. Be familiar with the operation process of the store, the work content and psychological changes of promoters, and be able to work independently;

3. Have qualified communication ability and personnel management ability, and be good at communicating with store managers;

4. Fluent expression, quick thinking, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;

5. Proficient in operating office software.
