Time flies. It has been half a year since I came to work in Shenzhen x Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. During the half year internship, I have completed two changes. I'm glad that with the care and care of the leaders and colleagues of the sub branch, I have basically completed the above transformation. In half a year, I have a very profound understanding of the daily operation of Bank X and the operating rules of relevant posts. I have also made great gains in business skills, but there are also shortcomings. Now I summarize as follows:
1、 Business skills.
In the past six months, I spent most of my time working at the savings counter, deeply understanding the importance of the savings business. It can be said that the savings business is the most basic and important business of the bank. It is the basis of all other businesses, providing strong support for other businesses of the bank. In the past six months, From the very beginning, I knew nothing about the personal savings business to now, I have been able to independently complete the operation. I tried to be familiar with the business process, actively communicated with the old tellers, and learned from them with an open mind. I deeply understood the places that should be paid attention to in each business and the possible risks, and basically achieved no business errors and customer complaints. After work, I kept learning professional English knowledge of Agricultural Bank of China, improved my English level in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and achieved barrier free communication with foreign customers. From the first day of work, I set a high standard and strict work goal for myself: to be strict with myself, and constantly improve my business skills, Constantly expand and expand their business knowledge, serve each customer kindly and efficiently, and become a versatile person with solid basic skills, comprehensive business knowledge, and calm service standards. Although the current level is far from this goal, I will work towards it unremittingly and never give up.
2、 In terms of service attitude.
Firmly grasp the spirit of "love ABC and pursue excellence", and deeply understand that the competition in the banking financial service industry is no longer just in the competition of hardware equipment, but more importantly in the competition of service awareness and service attitude. This competition between soft power often reflects the core competitiveness of a bank. In the ordinary work of this half year, I am not only enthusiastic about my work, but also have a heart to pursue perfection. I am persistent and tenacious in constantly improving my professional skills and service level, handling every business with a pragmatic and meticulous attitude, receiving every customer with a natural, open-minded, kind and tolerant mood, and uniting, helping With a calm and modest attitude, I contributed to the development of X Bank together with leaders and colleagues, from which I deeply appreciated the charm of service, the true meaning of "customer service as the center" and the importance of achieving "customers are God". Therefore, in my daily work, I always put service quality into my daily work, Keep in mind the seven step requirements of tellers, standardize service etiquette, strengthen communication with customers in the specific service process, and achieve zero customer complaints; I always serve every customer warmly with a smile from my heart, and make them feel more cordial with a sincere and natural smile.
Work, in the case of completing their own work independently, more emphasis is placed on the synergy of work, such as the clear division of labor between external and internal, which not only ensures the speed of work, but also improves our work efficiency.
3、 In terms of work and life.
In this half year's work and life, I deeply felt the warmth and strength of the collective. When I first came to this city, I felt a little strange. When I just left the beautiful campus, I also felt a little lost. It was the leaders and colleagues who gave me great encouragement, their enthusiasm warmed me, their trust moved me, their support inspired me, and they gave me many opportunities to exercise me. In our collective, my spare time life was rich and colorful, It has greatly enhanced the exchange, communication and learning between me and my peers. Here, I sincerely thank them. At the same time, I also feel the importance of interpersonal communication, helping each other and living in harmony with my colleagues.
Of course, I also have some shortcomings in my work. First, I can't understand Cantonese, and I have some obstacles in communicating with some customers. Although I try to learn Cantonese after work, I can only understand some simple daily expressions now due to the short learning time and the fact that I have never been exposed to it before, and I have to step up my study in the future; Second, the marketing of products is not in place. The marketing of financial products is not ideal due to the lack of deep understanding of the product itself and the lack of relevant marketing experience, which will also be the direction of my next hard work.
In a word, I have learned a lot of knowledge in this half year's work, my working ability has improved, and I have a certain ability to operate business independently, but my business knowledge is not comprehensive and solid enough. In the future work, I will try to overcome my shortcomings, give full play to my advantages, and work hard to achieve better results.
