Article 1: Regulations on shift change

1. If the following conditions are met at the same time, equivalent or higher priced courses can be transferred:

(1) It shall be handled within 7 natural days from the date of purchase.

(2) The total class hours ≥ 20 class hours and the class attendance record of the shift is less than or equal to 6 class hours;
The total class hours are less than 20 class hours and the class attendance record is less than 3 class hours;
Within 24 hours after the end of the first live class.

2. There is only one chance to change classes. Please choose carefully.

Article 2: Off duty regulations

1. Off duty conditions:

(1) The written examination (including the whole course of written interview) shall be conducted within 7 natural days from the purchase of the course, and the interview course shall be conducted within 3 natural days from the purchase of the course.

(2) The number of lessons learned meets the following conditions:

① For shifts with total class hours ≥ 20 class hours, the video class hours should be less than or equal to 6 class hours,

If the total class hours of a shift are less than 20 class hours, the video class hours should be less than or equal to 3 class hours;

② Within 24 hours after the end of the first live class;

③ No 1-to-6 course appointment record;

④ There is no record of face-to-face coaching courses included in the OAO course (students who give up classes for personal reasons are not included).

(3) There is no delivery record of teaching aids.

2. Description:

(1) Only when all the above conditions are met can you apply for refund;

(2) The attendance record shall be subject to the learning record data of the students queried by CUHK Online School;

(3) If the main course includes free content, the free content can not be refunded independently whether it is used or not, but if the main course is refunded, the free content, if used, should be charged according to the normal sales standard;

(4) Activity courses (such as 1 yuan, 9 yuan, 99 yuan, etc.) will not be returned or replaced once purchased;

(5) For Apple IOS system equipment, no refund is supported for courses purchased through Apple token/token payment;

(6) After the above conditions are exceeded, the fees cannot be refunded due to the personal reasons of the trainees, including but not limited to: learning reasons (guaranteed postgraduate education/postgraduate entrance examination/overseas study/weak foundation and unable to keep up with the progress, etc.), working reasons (finding a suitable job/unable to take leave for class/not letting the unit pass/business trip/assignment, etc.), physical reasons (illness/pregnancy/stress can not be resolved, etc.) Family reasons (weddings and funerals/family does not support, etc.), missed application procedures (registration/payment/uploading photos/on-site review/printing exam permits/written examination or interview/physical examination/political review, etc;

(7) The specific refund rules shall be subject to the Instructions to CUHK Online School for Course Purchase and the detailed introduction of the course. The agreed courses shall be subject to the agreement except for the situation in point 1 of Article 2.

Article 3: Refund process

1. I carry the necessary materials to the acceptance campus for on-site processing;

2. Non agreement courses generally need to carry the original and copy of their ID cards and payment vouchers (receipts, online banking payment order number records, invoices, etc.);

3. The materials specified in the agreement shall be provided for the refund of the agreed courses, including but not limited to the original and copy of the ID card, the copy of the admission card, the original agreement, the payment voucher and the corresponding public certification information;

4. If an invoice has been issued, the invoice shall be returned in good condition when refunding. If there is a scratch area or password, or other wear, the refund will not be processed.

Article 4: Accounting standards for course training fees, material fees, service fees and other fees of CUHK Online School

1. HD video course: 80 yuan/class hour;

2. Live class: 120 yuan/time for live class of written exam or interview, 200 yuan/time for live class of small written exam;

3. Interview one-on-one interactive class: 300 yuan/time. (If the individual unit price fluctuates, the actual sales unit price of the corresponding brochure shall prevail);

4. One to one course: subject to the actual sales unit price of the corresponding brochure;

5. Face to face courses included in the OAO course: subject to the unit price of the corresponding non negotiated course of face to face sales;

6. Fees for auxiliary teaching services: according to the fees corresponding to the actual contents of auxiliary teaching services included in different shifts, please consult the customer service teacher for details.

Article 5: Key tips

1. Students can only enjoy the discount at the moment of purchase. If the discount received expires, they can no longer enjoy it.

2. Course validity description:

(1) Non protocol classes: valid for one year (365 days) since the opening of the course, and automatically closed upon expiration.

(2) Agreement class shift: subject to the agreement, that is, the course fee will be refunded. When the agreement is terminated, all courses included in the shift will be closed accordingly; If the exam is passed, the agreement will be terminated, and we will no longer provide students with the courses agreed in the original agreement.

(3) Live broadcast courses (including those in protocol classes or non protocol classes): the live broadcast is valid on the same day, including the video playback, which is consistent with the validity of the reported shift.

(4) Interactive courses (including those in the agreement class or non agreement class): one-on-one interview, no recording until this exam; The written examination interaction is valid on the day of interaction. If the video recording is included, the validity period of the video recording playback class is the same as that of the reported shift.

(5) Service content (such as class group service/class group information provision, etc.): subject to the class group notice, please pay attention to the dissolution message issued by the administrator in time.
