Article 26 The Employer shall implement the daily monitoring of occupational disease inductive factors by specially assigned persons and ensure that the monitoring system is in normal operation.
The Employer shall, in accordance with the provisions of the production safety supervision and administration department, regularly test and evaluate the occupational disease inductive factors in the workplace. The test and evaluation results shall be stored in the occupational health archives of the employer, and shall be regularly reported to the local work safety supervision and administration department and announced to the workers
The detection and evaluation of occupational disease inductive factors shall be carried out by the occupational health technical service organization that has been legally established and has obtained the qualification approval from the work safety supervision and administration department or the local people's work safety supervision and administration department at or above the district level according to the division of responsibilities. The inspection and evaluation made by the occupational health technical service agency shall be objective and true.
If it is found that the occupational disease inductive factors in the workplace do not meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements, the Employer should immediately take corresponding control measures. If the national occupational health standards and health requirements are still not met, the operation with occupational disease inductive factors should be stopped; Only after the occupational disease inductive factors are treated and meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements can the operation be resumed.
Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health in the Workplace (Order 47 of the State Administration of Work Safety)
Article 20 The Employer with occupational disease inductive factors shall entrust a qualified occupational health technical service institution to conduct at least one occupational disease inductive factor test every year.
Employers with serious occupational disease hazards In addition to complying with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a qualified occupational health technical service agency should be entrusted to conduct an occupational disease inductive status assessment at least once every three years.
