Typical applications:
Electronic operation method
1. Measurement: accurately weigh components A and B, and prepare glue in proportion.
2. Mixing: mix component A evenly, pick up component B and shake it evenly, then add component B into the mixing container containing component A and mix it evenly.
3. Pouring: After mixing evenly, the rubber material can be de foamed (vacuum or standing), and then the pouring can be carried out.
4. Curing: The filled and sealed parts can be cured at room temperature. After initial curing, the next process can be started. It takes 24 hours for complete curing. The curing will be faster when the temperature is high in summer; The temperature is low in winter, and the curing will be slower.
Note: Do not seal the potting device completely and apply high temperature (>100 ℃) before the small molecular substances generated during curing are completely discharged. If it needs to be completely sealed, it is recommended to do it after 3 days in summer and 7 days in winter in Guangdong.
