Introduction to Huaihua

Huaihua City, located in the southwest of Hunan Province, has jurisdiction over 10 counties, 1 city, 2 districts and three provincial development zones, with a total area of 27600 square kilometers and a total population of 4.98 million, of which the urban area of the city is 32 square kilometers and the population is 370000.
