1、 Single effect waste hydrochloric acid treatment system
1. Process parameters:
(1) Raw material concentration: ferrous chloride content 10~30%, hydrochloric acid content 3~10%
(2) Discharge concentration: ferrous chloride crystalline solid, hydrochloric acid content 3-10%
2. Process flow:
This process adopts single effect evaporation process. The waste hydrochloric acid solution is preheated to about 85-90 ℃ by the preheating device, and then enters the evaporation device. The solution is concentrated to more than 80% of the ferrous chloride concentration. It is put into the enamel tank for stirring, cooling and crystallization, and then put into the suction filtration tank for vacuum filtration to obtain solid ferrous chloride. The evaporated mixture of hydrogen chloride and water vapor is cooled by the condensing device to obtain pure hydrochloric acid solution, which can be reused. The whole system has continuous production, and negative pressure operation saves energy.

(2) Discharge concentration: ferrous chloride crystalline solid, hydrochloric acid content 15-20%
2. Process flow:
This process adopts one effect evaporation process. The waste hydrochloric acid solution is preheated to about 85-90 ℃ by the preheating device, and then enters the evaporation device. The evaporated dilute hydrochloric acid gas enters the distillation device for distillation and concentration. The HCl content of waste water obtained by cooling the condensation device is ≤ 0.5% (which can be reused or neutralized and discharged) from the tower top, and the pure hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of 15%~20% (which can be reused) from the tower bottom. Concentrate the ferrous chloride solution to a concentration of more than 80%, put it into an enamel tank, stir, cool and crystallize, and put it into a suction filter tank for vacuum filtration to obtain solid ferrous chloride. The whole system has continuous production, and negative pressure operation saves energy.

1. Process parameters:

2. Process flow:
This process adopts the three effect downstream flash evaporation process. The waste hydrochloric acid solution is preheated to about 80% by the preheating device, and then enters the first effect heater. After being heated by the heater, it enters the first effect flash tank, where it is evaporated and concentrated to about 45% of ferrous chloride content; The secondary steam generated from the primary effect flash tank enters the secondary effect heater, and the concentrated solution enters the secondary effect flash tank for evaporation and concentration until the ferrous chloride content is about 60%; The secondary steam generated by the two effect flash tank enters the three effect heater, and the concentrated solution enters the three effect evaporation tank, where the three effect evaporation concentration reaches more than 80% of the ferrous chloride content, and then it is put into the enamel tank for mixing, cooling and crystallization, and then it is put into the suction filtration tank for vacuum filtration to obtain solid ferrous chloride. The mixture of evaporated hydrogen chloride and water vapor is cooled by a cooling device to obtain pure hydrochloric acid solution, which can be reused.
