4、 How to use
LT553 is a mixture, which belongs to a thermodynamic unstable system. It is normal that stratification or a little precipitation may occur after long standing. It is recommended that users mix slightly before use, which will not affect the use effect.
LT553 defoamer has defoaming and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the foam is generated or added into the product as a foam inhibiting component. According to different application systems, the amount of defoamer can be 10~1000ppm. Generally, the consumption per ton of paper in white water for paper making is 150~300g, and the better amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation.
LT553 defoamer can be used directly or diluted. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is required, follow the dilution method in the appendix. The method of directly diluting the product with water is not advisable, which is prone to layered demulsification and other phenomena, thus affecting the product quality. The company will not be responsible for the consequences of direct dilution with water or other incorrect methods of processing or using the product.
5、 Packaging and storage
LT553 is packed in 25L plastic barrels and ton boxes. This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, and should not be exposed to the sun or near heat sources. In case of fire, extinguish the fire according to the general petroleum product method. The product will freeze below 0 ℃. If it freezes, it will not affect the effect if it is used after melting. At this time, it needs to be stirred.
When the temperature is 10~30 ℃ and the package is unopened, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
