Characteristics and uses of joint sealant:
1. It is applicable to the repair of various micro decorative cracks on the exterior walls and floors of industrial and civil buildings, especially the repair of cracks on the plastering layer of various thermal insulation walls.
2. It is suitable for repairing the damaged waterproof layer of building roof, basement, bathroom and other parts, and can also be used as mortar type waterproof material alone.
Construction description of joint sealant
1、 Mixing:
Mix the RMO glue solution and RMO powder in a ratio of 1:2.5 to form a uniform mortar.
2、 Construction:
1. General cracks can be covered by direct scraping.
2. If the crack is large and deep, RMO sealant can be diluted with appropriate water and filled into the repaired crack.
3. Fill, repair and trowel the cracks with RMO joint sealant. The cracks with large changes can be smoothed by embedding non-woven fabric reinforcement.
4. When the construction temperature is above 5, avoid sun exposure, high temperature or rain wash during drying. In case of high temperature and rapid evaporation of water vapor, it is recommended to spray water for 1-2 times for curing after curing.
5. Construction amount: It varies greatly according to the specific situation of the patched object. Generally, the amount of crack repair per linear meter is about 0.20.3kg.
