The cause of concrete sanding: sanding control agent
1. Water cement ratio. When the cement mortar is configured, the water cement ratio is too large, which causes the cement mortar to be too thick, which makes the cement floor easy to sand.
2. The calendering time is improper. (1) Too early. At the beginning of the hydration of cement, when pressing, the cement surface will be watered because there is no fully formed gel and too much water, which will be detrimental to the strength and abrasion resistance of the surface layer cement mortar. (2) Too late. If the cement mortar has set and hardened during calendering, the difficulty of calendering will increase, and improper operation will damage the hardened surface, which will greatly reduce the strength and anti-wear ability of the surface sand.
3. Improper curing. Cement mortar floor is generally cured for 7 days. This period includes initial setting, final setting, hardening and hydration of cement after mixing with water. Although you can walk when it dries the next day, the beginning of cement hardening does not mean the end of hydration. Hydration will also penetrate into the cement particles and continuously strengthen the strength of cement mortar floor from the inside. If the curing time is not enough, the hydration of cement will be affected, thus affecting the strength.
If the cement mortar is watered for curing within 24 hours of construction, hollowing may occur, which will adversely affect the quality of the cement floor.
