The cement strengthening and curing agent is environmentally friendly, incombustible, and can fully penetrate into the concrete to generate hard crystalline substances, which makes the gel structure in the cement increase and strengthen. Construction method:
This product is divided into two kinds: powder and liquid. The liquid is colorless, transparent and milky white two-component liquid. When used, it needs to be mixed in 1:1 equal weight ratio, and can be used after being stirred evenly.
The construction shall be carried out at the same time as the fusion.
Liquid construction steps:
1. Clean the ground: first, completely clean the ground, clean the dust on the ground, and try not to leave ash. If it is necessary to use water for scouring treatment, and ensure that the ground is free of ponding or excessive humidity (the moisture content shall not be greater than 20%), the construction shall be carried out.
The new ground should be constructed when the concrete base is initially set.
2. Mix the two-component sanding and dusting treatment agent with a weight ratio of 1:1, spray it on the ground or forcefully spray it on the wall, and repeat the construction twice with an interval of 4-8 hours. What should be noted here is that the local serious sanding needs to be brushed again. The number of times and amount of brushing again depend on the site situation. For places with serious material separation or rapid penetration, materials must be timely replenished for its penetration and infiltration. Generally, there is less seepage at places with high surface density and more seepage at places with low surface density, which shall be treated differently during construction.
