System characteristics
■ Four 50-200kg barrels can be placed on the pallet at the same time, and can be filled one by one after manually aligning the barrel mouth, avoiding the trouble of stacking pallets after single barrel filling;
■ The whole system is made of flameproof standard, explosion-proof grade: EXdIIBT6;
■ The weighing display control instrument and weighing sensor have explosion-proof certification;
■ The filling gun is mounted on a special device, and the manual handle can freely stretch and rotate the pail from front to back, left to right;
■ The filling gun adopts plug-in filling, so as to avoid the material flying shallow on the barrel and affecting the external packaging
■ The system adopts two-stage automatic filling mode of large and small materials to improve accuracy;
■ Each time when the filling starts, the system will automatically execute the weight deduction function to clear the weight on the weighing platform;
■ When the single barrel filling value is reached, the filling gun will automatically lift up and wait for the next start;
■ After filling, just manually push the barrel out of the weighing platform;
