Operation Manual of Dingchi Brand Universal Anaerobic Adhesive
1、 Characteristics and uses:
Dingchi brand anaerobic sealing adhesive (anaerobic adhesive/anoxic adhesive) series products, with high, medium and low strength, and high, medium and low temperature resistance series varieties. This series of adhesives can quickly solidify at room temperature under the condition of oxygen isolation, and have the characteristics of low toxicity, excellent oil resistance, water resistance, shock resistance, good sealing performance, etc.
Anaerobic adhesive is mainly used for locking bolts, sealing connection of pipe threads, assembly and fixation of cylindrical parts, and bonding between planes. In particular, the bonding of closely matched active metals.

3、 Usage:
1. Clean the surface of the bonding parts with acetone and other solvents to remove oil and iron filings, and ensure that the bonding parts are clean and dry;
2. Drop the glue directly from the bottle mouth on the surface of the bolt or bonding part, and then screw or compress it;
3. For fast assembly line operation, a small amount of glue can be poured into a non-metallic disk or cup, and the bolts to be coated with glue can be directly dipped with glue, and then tightened until they are naturally cured.
4、 Storage, transportation and precautions:
1. Anaerobic sealing adhesive, free of organic solvent, can be stored and transported according to the rules of non flammable liquid, but avoid sunlight and high temperature, so as not to cause polymerization and cannot be used;
2. Keep away from children and keep out of the mouth. Those who are allergic to this glue should not operate it;
3. The adhesive will solidify when isolated from air, so it is stored in a breathable high-pressure polyethylene bottle with air left;
4. Metal ions will promote its curing, so it is necessary to avoid mixing metal powder into the glue bottle. When applying glue, do not directly immerse the glue tools and products into the bottle, and the remaining glue solution cannot be poured back into the original bottle, otherwise it will cause deterioration and curing of the glue;
5. Glue application tools or hands stained with glue can be cleaned or wiped with soapy water, acetone, ethyl acetate, etc;
6. Anaerobic adhesive must be stored in a cool and dry place (at 8-25 ℃), with a shelf life of two years.
